I'm looking to do some neat encryption stuff for a few upcoming events. Does anyone have the programming capability to create applets or similar files that do not require a compiler to run (hence could be run on anyone's machine simply by downloading one file)? What I'm looking for here is manipulation of .wav files for encryption and decryption in a specific way, to be discussed privately.
Thanks!

After discussing it, Tygrius doesn't think it's the job for him. Anyone else?

A standalone executable that would encrypt/decrypt a wave file based upon an encryption scheme you have in mind.
Did I get that right? If so, I possibly might be able to oblige.

Yes, that's it. Could be web-based or otherwise. Sending a PM.
