The standard method (going to "Service History"/"Questions", and clicking on the question title link) doesn't work, instead it takes me back to the "Service History" menu instead.

So, can I reply them via Email? Will they receive it?

Um Gerik, please read the THREAD TITLE: it says "how to REPLY to CS?".

I already got two replies from them within the last 6 hours, all on the subject of MxO. I just can't reply to those.

Can't reply to something that no longer exists.

Gerik's on point with the topic.

If it "doesn't exist", then WHO WROTE THE ANSWERS I'M TRYING TO REPLY TO, HUH??

And who answered me a SECOND TIME, AFTER I've noticed I couldn't reply and ASKED ANOTHER QUESTION ON THIS SUBJECT?
(They replied, but didn't get my question properly... l2read, too)

Don't you find it strange that, being so "non-existent" that you can't even view or update your ticket, you can STILL CREATE A NEW ONE and even get replies from them?

So again, are there any alternative ways to reply to them? Like you know, before they stopped existing, was there any? SMILEY

You usually can't reply. They close the tickets and you have to submit a new one. So, just reply by sending a new one.

If thats what you aren't asking, then you should be more clear.

Calm down, so I was a day off.

Quote:

As of June 1, 2009, SOE will no longer offer customer support or provide updates for MxO, and active subscribers with accounts in good standing will not be billed after that date.  MxO subscribers who have prepaid subscription time that extends their subscription period past June 1, 2009 will receive a pro-rated refund for any such pre-paid excess subscription payments*. Such refunds are expected to be issued by October 1, 2009.

Good luck getting customer support now though, jerkoff.

Well, according to the "help" section and the CS themselves, replying within the same ticket DOES work.

Well, it did at least... or was supposed to...

@Gerik:

"Calm down, so I was a day off."   No, you simply didn't read my question.

"Good luck getting customer support now though, jerkoff."  Yea, NOW it doesn't work anymore, since NOW it IS... June 1st. It WASN'T BEFORE. And I DID GET CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

So yea, not in a position to call me an idiot here, Gerik. Not that it mattered anymore...
