Portable dishes can be taken across districts and in/out of constructs. You just have to be level 30 to pick one up.

It wouldnt matter Nav... you would have to kill them yourself, or somone lower than you off for any of the stage 2 marbles to drop.

I know I was supposed to organise one of these chainer, Im sorry I have been caught up on my new 50 on vector. If you could tell me a city that the timezone your using is in i can do a conversion on a website. Im Australian so 5:30 for you is some wierd hour for me. If it works out and I can make it I will bring my 50 and a lowbie alt.
Also if you would like I can show you a different way of doing it that I learnt on vector that seems to be more effective for larger drops. Its keeps all the npcs squashed in a smaller area for easy hacking. The way I see it done on syntax doesnt seem as affective as you often get npcs that stand away from the main group and dont always get hit. If you see me online shoot me a wisper and I will show you
