problem creating character PLEASE READ!

hello im am having problems creating my character. when i click "creat character" an error message come up that says "the specified module cannont be found" then when i click ok another message come up that says " the file client.dll cannon be found, or there was an errer while loading it. the application will now close" then thats it it closes and every time i try to do it it still come up. can you please help me?

Try reading this topic and see if anything in there helps you. Before trying the driver stuff, I'd check the read status of the dll file (as posted by TheEx) as that would be quickest and easiest one to do first.

If that doesn't help, try searching for "client.dll" in the search box at the bottom of the topic list and read the other topics it finds.

Do you have Windows XP? If you do, have you ran Windows Update recently?
