Inventory/contact list issues

For some reason... when i hover my mouse over any inventory space that has clothing or whatever item inside (litally no matter which item/abity/clothing) instead of coming up with the buffs and what it looks like.... it does nothing can SOE please explain to me why it doesnt do this... because it did before! KD not happy (this is with both characters on vector Kaosdevistator and Kaosdevil) and also i have no one in my contact list on or offline anymore for some strange reason so u might wanna explain that to me as well SMILEY

Open up the options menu and then select (I think) advanced options.

In there there should be an option to display Tool Tips, make sure that's ticked and then try hovering your mouse again to see if it's working.

If you can't find it, let me know and I'll go dig out the exact menu option.
