the gas prices, 2.36 a gallon, *CENSORED*
Multiply that by 2 for the equivalent US cost, and convert litres into gallons.
Get in a gun fight with the police and take cover in a "filling station" (Petrol) and they keep on shooting, even when they are very close to the station too so everything goes up in a huge ball of awesomeness.
To quote Yahtzee "the lamp-posts fall over if anything weighing more than a kitten leans on them" yet nothing can move a small very thin tree (I guess next gen graphics cant do a convincing up-rooting animation yet )
Hitting a parked car, flying through the wind-screen into on-comeing traffic to be hit by a another car... then you get up, usually to launch a rocket at the car that just hit you.
Damaging your car so much it wont start anymore, but call 911 and it weirdly will start o_O
The Heart of the City...
you hit a pole and when it falls down your roof doesn't dent, There are no silenced weapons, you kill someone out in the middle of no where with no one around and the cops still get alerted.
That one is an annoying one, especially when you hunting the flying rats and after every one you have to dodge the cops >_<
There is also getting a wanted level, evading the police and going off and hiding in the are highlighted area and you can see the police searching but they will always see you eventually, even if you are behind a wall, they see you >_<
A good new wanted system, but still not perfect...
That only one store in all of New York Liberty City sells hats and glasses.

Actually that price is in pence not pounds.
Conversions
100 pence = 1 pound1 pound = 1.9673 dollars1 liter = 0.264172052 gallons1 US gallon = 3.78541178 liters
So if listed in pence the per gallon cost equivilant would be 132.9 pence/liter = 503.081225562 pence/gallon = 5.03 pounds/gallon = 9.89 dollars/gallon
Edited: because as Tseng pointed out I am apparently oblivious of the metric system.
240 pence = 1 pound1 pound = 1.9673 dollars1 liter = 0.264172052 gallons1 US gallon = 3.78541178 litersSo if listed in pence the per gallon cost equivilant would be 132.9 pence/liter = 503.081225562 pence/gallon = 2.09 pounds/gallon = 4.12 dollars/gallonor if in pounds 132.9 pounds/liter = 503.081225562 pounds/gallon = 989.71 dollars/gallonsI think $4.12 a gallon makes more sense then 989.71 a gallon (if my math is correct)And having looked it up the current gas price average in the UK is around $5.56 dollars a gallon.
