Graphic issues

Just resubbed and i seem to have gained a few graphic issues while upgrading to a much better pc.
In certain places in MxO i loose all textures in the game and on the hotbar too, they jus go bland single colours, but returns to normal if i move the camera into the right place an make sure i dont get that angle again.
When inside buildings most of the doors have the wrong textures and some allow me to see out of the building until camera is rotated to a certain angle.
Top half (from waist up) of every character except my toon have hashed out shadows if i enable shadows on any level.
Sometimes buildings exterior walls will just randomly started disappearing and reappearing rapidly for no apparent reason.
Any help would be appreciated.
System info(only included dxdiag because the MSINFO32 text the stickys asked to put in raises character post count to 350,000+ an theres a 20,000 limit..)

MXO currently has some graphic compatibility issues when run under Windows Vista. I think the partial workaround you already found of disabling character shadows is still about all you can do about it, but you might check the stickied thread of MXO-on-Vista issues for additional tips.
