For 20:00 (8pm) EST, should be 01:00 (1am) the following morning for GMT.

Also, I shall hopefully be able to attend this event.

I am wondering if 5:30PM EST would be feesable?  I think that's 10:30PM GMT?

I finish work at 8 (GMT) I believe on the 24th. So I'll be able to be there from 8:30PM GMT, So whatever is best for the rest

I'm happy to code the necessary abilities for anyone below 20 who is attending.  If the time is good, I expect I'll be there. 

If I'm there, I'm happy to supply boxes for everyone who hasn't got one to drop so long as my share of the marbles is proportionate. 

I'd also suggest someone obtain a portable satellite dish beforehand.

I'm not sure you can bring them into constructs, you might need to datamine for one in there beforehand.  I could be wrong though.

The portadish, you can take in and out of DM so i'm just presuming once you have one, you should be able to take it into Satis.
