Do you mean the health of your RSI, or do you mean IS, as in Inner Strength?

If you run the archive missions and complete a set (so for instance 2.1.1 to 2.1.5), you get an IS Booster, which will help you regenerate IS at (I think) +22%. Other than that, no. However, if you use block, you'll generate about 10 IS per roll.

hah, ive just threw away the block icon from my hotbar, now i feel maybe it will make a comeback by the way, I have read an ingame tip, that said the different attack styles/types, like fast, damage, grab, block have different effect on different enemies, is there a way to find out which one is vulnerable to which tyoe of attack?

Well, if you are out of combat, the simplest way is to sit down with the /sit command, out of range of any higher level NPCs, or a hostile player if you are flagged. Other then that, there are clothes that help, just how much depends on your level and the clothing buffs. Also, on the hacker ability tree, the patcher branch helps in this regard.

Pay attention to your special combat abilities. Some of them require the target to be Dazed (which you have a chance of causing Daze on your opponent if you use Power), or Off-Balance (You have a chance of causing Off-Balance, if you use Grab) and so on. Combat is generally little more than juggling stats back and forth, in an attempt to throw your opponent off and leave him/her suseptable to special ability attacks.

There are no 'IS Pills'. Speed leads to Dazed, Power leads to Stagger, Grab leads to Off-Balance.

Thanks Phrak that was a good advise. I just can't understand, all the fuss about this special requirements, I'm on 8th level and the only ability Ive got is head butt that needs this, or is there something else on this low level? so, where can I pick up this archive mission? is this the only sequence (2.1.1 to 2.1.5) that gives me this booster? Whats the minimum levele where i should start these missions? What level need I be on to be able to use this booster item? Thanks in advance!

Except the 1.1 missions, because they're the shortest.

These are actually 20% IS regen. I highly recommend doing these archive missions! Not only can you get a sense of the storyline, you'll get special rewards on top of / in addition to the IS Boosters. What organization are you in?
