There is the black version of the one used for the female PB2 stuff. Don't know what they're called now but it'd probably look quite similar.

Parish Jacket with and without Highcollar: Purple, Red, Green, Brown, Plum, Redder, Marble, Kiwi, Coral, Goldenrod, Spotty Purple, Indigo, Dark Khaki, Eggplant

I thus hereby change what I want to buy.

That thing I'm wearing (not Persephone) in any color, as long as it's high level and with thrown and ballistic resistance. If there's none, then oh well.

Note: Any tunic will do, as long as it's not a freaking catsuit.

I'm not quite sure what the point of this response was. I know it's the PB2 item, it says right there and yes, the PB2 one is tan/red, BUT it does come in black, was what I'm saying.

As for tunics, I know I have some of them. I'll look later.

Level 42 enhanced is the highest you will find with ballistic/thrown res combo. If you want a level 50 armored one, let me know.
