no pun intended of course SMILEY . Ive been trying all day to get Mxo to work and so far nothing.

as of right now , Ive deleted all files related to Mxo and im starting to reinstall it as of right now.

actually its in the patching stage ---- takes a long time !!. .. seems strange that I can play every game on planet earth except this one -sad- hehe .. but im still trying to get it to work !.

give a little detail , maybe someone knows what to do . Havacide has tried to help.

anyways - i can make a character then click accept , the buttons grey out and then nothing!. and no im not taking to long , ive read most of the messages here and seen that . ive tried a million diff ways on the 3 diff severs and notta -- .... Soooooo , Havacide made a character for me and when I clicked on that server and it went into the loading screen - when it got to the loading character part , it wouldnt do anything .

So if anyone has any clue on what to do , let me know - thx in advance .

Ok , ive been playing non-stop for about 4 hrs , was alrdy tired . so time to take a break and you let you guys know how everything worked out.

anyways, the game runs great, nice and smooth on --medium lvl-- my rig is 3.0 ghz , 1gig ram

xt850xt ati 256megs of vid ram - .Old 19inch Crt monitor set to 1024 * 768.

older western digital hard drive - small one.

The game by default set everything to Max ,wich is cool .

but after you get into the more open areas of the city it will slow down a tad ,

but on Med lvl settings - no problems... The graphics are great in the game , love the hand to hand combat.

was weird at first , but I like it now. really not much diff than most online games , this one just has a little diff way of doing it .... Sound effects are Ok , not really blow you away sounds . but they work well with the game.

Its a shame games like Cov, Coh and MXO dont have a bigger subscriber base .

from time to time  , I would /shout Helllooooo .  and no reply SMILEY  . i did happen to see 4 or 5 people , but they looked really busy . I said hey!  1 person said hey! but they kept on going . hehehe .

Its fairly easy to figure out , if you played a few online games , an hour or so and you will have MXO figured out.

well atleast i got most of it figured out SMILEY .

So For anyone who is having problems with running the game ... Do yourself a favor and just reinstall it .

but before you do -- make sure you delete all of the old files . ...................... thx for all the help .

Just something which might help you in the future.

Now you've got it working, either make a copy of the game directory on another hard drive or burn it to a DVD so then if you ever need to reinstall again, you've got the backup which you can just copy across and save on some patching.

Good point, for some reason all our uninstaller does is remove the registry setting for the particular game.
