I just want to double check something first. I used to have the 21.99
SOE access thingy and I cancelled it a while ago but now the Matrix
uses it I decided to reactivate. So I transitioned the account like it
said so does that mean that I am going to get a free month on my 21.99
account? Like it says on my next billing date is Sept 19 so I shouldn't
get billed anything right?
Am i understanding correctly?

I have no idea. I signed up for 3 months of MxO... and it said it'd charge me 41.99... but in my info it says it's active for 1 month. I'm confused, lol

origitat,
You have to pay upfront to get the Station Access (SOE All access thingy that you mention) so you get 1 month from that, plus the pro-rated portion of the 1 month grant to all Matrix accounts that convert over (about 15 days) plus the pro-rated portion of the time that was left on your Matrix Online account from the previous subscription that you paid for (figure about 2 days standard for 1 day station access).

Ok so if I'm understanding right...I paid up front today and was
charged 21.99. So when my account rolls to the next month, which said
Sept 19, that month will go for about 45 ish days before im charged
again?

origitat,
Not exactly,
30 days paid +15 days pro rate = 45 days total
So about 45 days from today + the pro rated time from the previous subscription that you have with Matrix Online.

ok sounds good, so the date that is listed on the account page to be rebilled Sept 19 is just inaccurate then?
Thanks for the help

grrrrrr..... the process massively sucked. i was ashked for my 32
digit key repeatedly, and after being told repeatedly that it wasnt
valid, linking the page from the launcher bypassed the key entry screen
immediately.
why couldnt you all just get the information form warner bros.?

Actually they did. I made the same mistake when I tried to
register. Instead of logging in using a station user name and
pass (or alternately signing up for one) there was a button that said
something to the effect of "Convert existing account." If you
click on that instead of going through the 'normal' registration
process, you don't have to put in your CD Key again.

Brighid,
That's right, not as clear as it possibly could have been but thanks for the input.

I am so glad I found this thread. Yeah that has got to be about the worst instructions I have ever seen to get an account converted. After numerous attempts to type in the 32 digit number I thought I was going crazy. Also even thou I had a station account would not allow me to logon to the forums to post that I could not enter the number.
Finally in thou.
Good work folks

ryanmcclarey,
As long as it's all under the same Station account you can pay for station access today and play all your games.

Yep, I'm really happy about this. I had stopped paying for all access and MxO for a while to try WoW again. I have now reactivated my account so now have the choice of SWG, EQ, EQ2, Planetside for $22/ month. That should give me about enough different stuff that I see my WoW account getting cancelled soon.
