I had have this for a long time and can't remember who found out about it. Anyways, hope someone can use it.

Right click on your desctop Matrix Online Icon.
Select propeties
Insert the following line "-user ****** -pwd ***** after the command line "C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online\launcher.exe" "-user ******** -pwd *****
Instert your Station name and your password wher the ****** are.
Start Matrix Online without typing your station name and password anymore.

You can also add this parameter

-char charname

Where charname is the name of the RSI you want to auto-select. It places that RSI at the destination hardline last used by that RSI, bypassing the loading area and any possible /jackout position. The practical upshot of using all three parameters is, a new toolbar of icons can be created, one for each RSI. Then you just click the icon for the RSI, click Accept on the Launcher, and you're done.

I have 8 MxO icons on my desktop:

Normal Launcher (Auto inserts station and password)
Station launcher (Opens Station launcher)
Syntax Character 1 (Sends me straight to my last used HL on my main)
Syntax Character 2 (Same as character 1 but other character
And so..
...and so forth
only for other characters
and other servers.

It really is a brilliant time saver, I dont mind bypassing the LA but I would like to see it change so you go back to your /jackout possition. If I do /jackout though, all I have to do is use icon 1 and I can go back to that possition.

Also note, uninstalling MxO wont delete the extra icons from your desktop so if you reinstall it at a later date, and the file locations are the same, they will still work.

Been uses this for a year now. Mainly cuz i crash so much and i was tired of relogging in all the time lolz

Oh and if you have installed MxO since the SOE transfer use this:

C:\Program Files\Sony\Matrix Online

Sony would replace Monolith Productions

You can also put -noeula as a parameter to skip the Eula. ^_^
If you then have the setup that Solid has, you'll jack in with only a double click on your desktop.

I now have a separate icon on my desktop for each of my charters.. the -noeula is a nice touch.

Never knew about this and I don't remember any other post about it. Thanks, now I don't have to keep typing in my long username and password anymore.

Wait this doesn't really do anything for me because when I right click on my MxO icon I only get he options of

Open
Run as..
Pin to start Menu
Send to >
Cut
Copy
Create Shortcut
Delete
Rename
Properties

Where in the world do I go for the command line?

Select Properties and you'll see the "Target" field which has the command line where you can add any or all of these parameters. I didn't know about -noeula ! Thanks! Now jacking in is a single click from the toolbar! Sweet!
