ISP? And yes i have a router, but i don´t know how to fix ports on that one or look wich ports that are open.

Internet Service Provider.
All (or most decent) Routers should come with documents or software which shows you how to alter some of the settings. If you can, I suggest looking within that software or document (if you were issued one with the router) on how to allow different ports to open for signal traffic. As each type of router is different I can't really point you in the right direction. If you get stuck try a search for your specific router model to see if there are any online guides. Sory I can't be any more help, I'm not really that savvy when it comes to all this technical stuff!

I seem to be having this error right now, it keeps giving me the "server is down or its your internet connection" but I can go on the internet with no problems whatsoever. I can't get past the patch screen

My friend here was trying to see if his subscription was up, because he just posted I believe and it won't even let him check it. Seems it's something to do with their systems, database or something in that area.

Hmm see you've got norton internet security, just check that isn't locked down and also check it has a rule in place for launcher.exe and matrix.exe. Additionally check that Internet Explorer isn't set to work offline. That can cause the same error.

yup, I think the internet explorer thingy fixed the problem, cuzz now its working again
