So, you've got your nice blue sky now.  But, the ground....its still a normal color.  Well, not anymore.

 

 

 

A simple useropts option can help you here. 

 

ScreenFilters_GreenShift_Color_1_R = 0
ScreenFilters_GreenShift_Color_1_G = 0
ScreenFilters_GreenShift_Color_1_B = 1
ScreenFilters_GreenShift_Color_0_R = 0
ScreenFilters_GreenShift_Color_0_G = 0
ScreenFilters_GreenShift_Color_0_B = 1

 

You can mix up the two blues to get different hues at different times of day.  Play around with the other colors and make some lighter shade maybe.  But, there it is.  Now you've got a nice Blue Ground topped with a creamy mix of Blue Sky.  Have fun. :smileyhappy:
