Since I try to pay attention to details and consistency, I found a supposed inconsistency in this event:

"The computer message in the preceding mission's second phase already announces "meeting at Mjolnir".

In this event, the fact that Mercury announces this event as a novelty and without referring to that message can be explained by the fact that the Merovingian(s) didn't tell him everything, so he couldn't use their information to deceive them about his knowledge. Edit: And Mercury of course pretends not to know about the found information he maybe had helped to place.
But then, Ookami says "Somewhere in Magog", and upon some player's suggestion, "yea, probably at the hammer".

Now, maybe that message was referring to a past meeting at the same place, but I do think it was referring to the gathering in this event.

So, Ookami should have at least said something like "This confirms the information we gathered from that computer, let's check it out", and already know where to go from the start on."

(6.2.4)

How was Raini involved in all of this?

Was she part of the conspiracy, or just a distraction used by Thallia?
How did Raini know about the conspiracy if she wasn't part of it?
Or was she, considering the commando squad appearing to stop the operatives hindering whatever she had in mind?

On a more general note:

From what did the General try to distract whom, and by what?

From his kidnapping of Sati?
He did that quite a time after he started the plot. Or was it still supposed to be going on at that point?
And, in the cinematic it happened very surprisingly and quickly - I wonder how that needed some large-scale gang activities if it worked anyway.

Or was it for some prepation work that we don't know about?

Whom? Seraph or redpill operatives?
He told Anti. M that it were operatives who might be watching the area - in this case, operatives in the vicinity would hardly have been able to stop the kidnapping anyway, and as far as I know, there weren't any who were guarding the Oracle before Seraph was gone.
But he might have deluded Anti M. while actually having Seraph in mind - would make sense.

By what?
It's said that it were distractions by the Blackwoods - but no one ever noticed those, their pointless gatherings were only used as evidences in investigations against Thallia. (Except if it really was distracting Seraph.)

At the end of 6.2.5, Flood said "evidently, that worked" - I thought he meant the investigations he had spent on this affair. Or maybe he meant those Blackwood gatherings?

In case it were really the Blackwood activities, I suppose Raini was materially or financially involved into this, and the shipments the Merovingian operatives noticed were not supposed to be seen.
(I wonder what Raini was supposed to tell the Merv investigators instead of the truth?)

Or were it the subway activities that were supposed to lure operatives into investigations where the Elements would push them around from one to another and thus distract them from whatever the General was doing there? In this case, it only worked on the Merovingians, and somehow I wonder if he should have counted with anything else.
