The Sleepwalkers are a splinter faction of the Cypherites. However, the reason they have split themselves off from the rest of the pack is because they thought what Cryptos was trying to do was taking way too long. Cypherites offer bluepills in a way that balances out the amount of redpills handed out. One at a time.

On the other hand, Sleepwalkers don't want to work that slowly. They want to reinsert everyone, right now.

Cypherites do not work with these so-called redpills.

We've got messages telling us that a mass-reinsertion is planned on the night of the concert, and we've got theories that the blue sky concert will cause a major awakening. So the question arises from these theories; Why, when a spotlight was broken at Tabor Park (Recursion instance) did the Sleepwalker attacks increase at an all-time rate, with massively stronger Sleepwalkers (level 70) showing up? They had to have been irritated by the breaking of the spotlight.
