What is the radio?

When you click on the icon in the bottom right corner to jack out there is a button that says radio. What is it for and what does it do?

It allows you to listern to a radio station outside the game so you don't have to always listern to the in-game music. Heres a guide on how to use it.

I read through the guide and It was very usefull but some of the stations wont add to favorites just says invalid media source but when I type it out normal like/radio play http:// blah blah it works fine .

any thoughts

it's just some types of radio don't like /radio addfave command, I know XRN works but other than that dont bother with any others
