Anyone want to explain why Niobe was on Vector last night at 11:30PM/PMST??

Dozens of characters were on last night... Morpheus Cryptos Copperhead Balthial StraightEdgeJon Mr.Black Merv ClubGuard Persephone Niobe Silver Jeweler Mercury AgentPeterson Kid Malphas were the ones I've heard of or saw myself. Don't recall any character saying anything, just standing where they were, and disappearing from who or going into dev invisibility after a few moments.

The jeweler popped out of admin invisibility at a downtown hardline last night at 1:30am MCT he didn't say anything like the rest of the sightings. He just went into a subway and waited to board a train. Then he was gone.
