Creepy title... I think it comes from Colerige's "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner", but I'd have to double-check.

It's from Kubla Khan. By Coleridge.

In Xanadu did Kubla Khan a stately pleasure dome decree

Where Alph the sacred river, through caverns measureless to man down to a sunless sea.

Would be a rough quote...

Whoops! I had the right poet, but the wrong poem.

Great - the one poem I didn't study in Brit Lit.

Merv mish always seems to be the last people do.

Can you imagine if the General was our mission controller? lol

Now I know what the Merv was looking for in the Machine mission too.

Not much in the mission, mainly just that now my character knows the Intruder watched the Stalingrad battle, instead of the cinematic being known by me OOC.

Decent missions this week, definitely just set-ups for later on.

I think more should've been made of the Colerdige title... only the end made reference to Xanadu... I can't quite remember of that was in reference to the General and Stalingrad- making Stalingrad the General's paradise... or in reference to the Intruder... but then I wouldn't understand how stalingrad would be his paradise, or if what the intruder is looking for is a 'vision in a dream, a fragment' (being the subtitle of the poem, for those that don't know it)

Just once, however temporarily, I'd like some Controller switching around on the part of the Orgs. Like Zion had Anome and Tyndall, the Machines could opt in Agent Pace, and the Merv could opt in Ookami (since apparently she vied for Controller position once) or the General, just to see what it would be like.
