Help with uploading a radio station

Hi all.
I have been using a few of the radio stations that people have already listed to listen to while in the Matrix.
The problem is I can't figure out how to load up this one station out of Indy. here is the URL http://www.x103.com/pages/streaming.html
For some reason, I can't get it to work while in game. Can anyone help me out?

That's because that's a link to their streaming HTML page. Not the stream itself. You'd need the link to the stream, and I don't see it listed there. It seems to open its own player when you click on it. But it would most likely look something like *.asx.
