I'm not a noob to the game bt I have a noob question...is there any way besides going into an area to find out if it is restricted or not?  I have hit random unordered access nodes, and its hard to plan which to hit next.  I thought maybe the atlas would show, but I have yet to find out...help?

Other than keeping a manual list I don't believe there is a way to know which ones you haven't gotten access to.

Yeah, Foxxide is right. Keep a list if you want to track which nodes are already tapped or you'll find like myself, that even at 50, a place like Southard can be restricted SMILEY

Not a noob either but I wondered the same.

I seem to remember way back that if you checked an area on the hardline it showed red but that may be my memory playing tricks.

Even worse for me is a bug that makes the Restricted warning flash up when I enter areas that I know for a fact I have access to :smileymad:

As long as you tag all the access nodes in one district before moving onto another and do it in a logical order you can keep track by memory. Unless you stop for a while half way through a district then carry on then you probably will need to make a list.

Start off with sending yourself an e-mail consisting of a list of every neighborhood in every district.  E.g.:
International:
Akasaka
Ueno
Jurong
Furihata
Kaede
Sai Kung
......

Downtown:
Morell
Vauxton
......

Then - as you tag the nodes - reply to it, to yourself that is, with modifications (and delete the originals).  E.g.:
International:

Akasaka

Ueno

Jurong (tagged)

Furihata (tagged)

Kaede

Sai Kung
......

Downtown:

Morell

Vauxton (tagged)

......

This way you'll only need to check your e-mail to see which nodes you still need to tag.

P.S.  You might want to check out this thread.  davemusic is taking full advantage of the in-game e-mail system to send very useful lists to himself and he's willing to share them with other folks.  I think you'll find his "Boss Coords for Access Nodes" list very useful in your hunt for the node keys.  Of course you could Alt-Tab out of the game and go to any number of fan websites who host this information, but why bother when all you have to do is open your in-game e-mail and click on the list  SMILEY
