well, sort of. you see, I made a little video a few days ago titled "MXO: a look back". Some of you saw it, some of you didn't. Either way, the site that I made the video for I happen to be co-owner of and well, let me just cut to the chase. We have forums. In addition to that, Gui and I are MXO fans, both of the game and the great community behind it. There's a board in our forums titled "mxo refugees" we've made it just for you guys, so you can still keep in contact after SOE closes this place down. If you guys are interested I'll put the link here. http://noobhammer.com/forum/index.php?board=7.0 Just because MXO dies, doesn't mean the community has to go with it.

You guys need to realize that there is no point in making "new mxo forums" because soon there will be no more mxo. And a community forum needs something to keep them together. So best to first find some common interest. I suggest a forum dedicated to modern and scifi mmorpgs. Cheers

I disagree. We can certainly have a dedicated MxO forum. Not only because we can keep it going with RP (for those that are interested, and there are some), but because as the threads in Off Topic indicate, our only common interest is MxO. Beyond that we're all heading out to completely different MMOs, if any. However, it can't be a sub-forum on a small board, I'm afraid. There are several existing MxO boards that can cater for us, and a few of us have grander projects in the works that hold some promise. But thanks for the thought.

Just as long every thread doesn't degenerate into a "I miss MXO " rant it should do ok.
