Ability is in the soldier tree. The one in the middle.
the ability only works on npcsno such taunt exists to flag another player (an interesting idea though)as for your spamming problem keep in mind that there is a command '/autoignore' which has a list of options for preventing spam.
unless your trying to think of a way to stop people from spamming /taunt at one another, I dont really see the point. Because if it flags both people for pvp, ya might as well just type in /pvp and wait for them to attack. Because as is with this idea, if both get flaged for pvp, it really wouldnt matter if you just typed in /pvp because once the other person attacks you, you'll be open for others to attack you anyway. If the intent is to call someone out to a fight, thats what /duel is for.

Also I see /duel as a friendly fight, you don't have to reconstruct at the end of it and you don't get anything for it. So I don't see it as calling someone out.
yes but at the same token you cant "call someone out" when others can attack them once the fight starts.
And as for dueling, you can duel for bragging rights, you can stake money on the duel, and if you want more than that, type in /duel stop right as the killing blow is going through and then you can get something for killing the person.
