Operatives,
The wanted terrorist known as Casque, one of Anome's lieutenants, terminated twenty civilians in a day-long killing spree across Richland, Westview, the International District, and Downtown.
Fortunately, Machine operatives working together with operatives employed by the Merovingian managed to intercept Casque in the upper floor of Club Noir, where it appears that he intended to execute four more civilians meeting in one of the club's back rooms. The terrorist escaped after being severely wounded by the operatives' combined assault.
The motive behind the killings is not known. We are currently investigating the backgrounds of the victims.

Assassinating civilians... Perhaps they hold some sort of key to
finding Anome and his top followers' weakness. This is quite dark.

This is old news, Gray! We put Casque in his final resting place shortly after this incident. May as well show the surveillance photos from that successful mission, too.
