All enemies are to be considered hostile and killed on sight. I will take this opportunity to remind you that the Machine organization does not negotiate with those that rebel against Machine Law.

Unfortunately, Zion operatives are considered low priority at the moment but are still targets. Zion's growth must be kept at a minimum or negative limit if possible. A wonderful world still awaits them...
