My game isnt loading

nope didnt work ... im guessing im not hooking up to the soe or MxO server or something...

ok i actually fixed it but i had to delete all the information on the MxO in my computer to do it ... is that bad?

Hi Zimmermann,

Since all of your character data is stored server-side, there is no real harm in removing the data from your computer. in fact, it's usually considered a great feature, that allows you to play the game from any Internet-connected computer that has the game installed. however, there are some things that are stored on your computer (like your keymaps, graphics settings, and friends lists) that you will need to rebuild. Once you have everything set up the way you like, follw the steps phi has provided to backup this data for later:

Glad to hear you got it working. Like GeoThermal said, you do not really lose anything important when you delete MXO files, as fresh copies can be grabbed through patching.
