WHY WONT MY ACITVATION KEY DOSN"T WORK

Ok I bought The matrix online from D2D and the key dosen't work. the part where you enter the key for hte matrix online keeps YELLING THAT ITS INVALID KEY its REALLY getting annoying any help or any thing would be much appreiated thanks!

I don't know if D2D has dashes in their keys, but if they do, try removing them.

Or try e-mailing D2D or SOE. You will probably have a greater chance with D2D than you will with SoE.

Best thing to do is go to http://www.station.sony.com/kb and use live chat. They should be able to check the validity of the key for you or advise you what to do.

i had that problem with a trial key.

Give the online chat cust services a go, they are pretty good.

ok you can close this thing SMILEY Thanks to GOd showing me I got it working It wasn't the key I had to go and find it I thought what they sent in the e-mail was the key but it wasn't lol it had to be looked up on site after veryfying wierd lol buts its fixed and again thanks for all the help SMILEY
