LE Interactions between events

I have heard in recent times that there has been LET interaction happening outside of events.

So far I know of Agent Gray's rampage in Mara. I have also heard of a meeting with Niobe and a meeting with the Merovingian.

Does anyone have information/screenshots/chat logs from any of these
(or any other recent) LET interactions that have been happening?

Those are from my Grand Opening to Restaurant Hoxx back in October.

There's been some periodic interaction but nothing like it had once
been or should be. It appears SOE may be making some sort of effort but
I guess time will tell how seriously they're going to take it.

Does anyone happen to have any information on the Niobe meeting? (if there was infact such a meeting)

Please try to avoid making comments about less LET interaction than the
Monolith days. Although it's sad that we have little compared to those
days, it's irrelevant to this thread and considered off topic.
