Servers shutting down in 14mins

Both of my accts now can not get past Authenticating screen on launcher. I was able to log in earlier but with no abilities and incorrect levels. Are the servers still being updated and is anyone having this issue?

Wasnt able to log on before the shut down, but now I can.

Edit: and it looks like I'm still level 50. Id say "YAY" if there was anyone to play with ingame. SMILEY

Yes I had that issue also after about 20 minutes of it sitting there with one time out I was in tho.
