i dunno wut to do this waiting for my problem to get fix is driving me crazy cuz i just started to get gudd with the game...and made sum new friend and this happens...is there any sides matrix games on here?

yea i did.... it seems as though the problem is my character...becuz im able to create another and play fine its just when i try to play with my regular character the negotiating with servers wont load...and it not making any since
Did you follow "Archduke's suggestions on the problem. These problems take time to solve. It's only 12:28 AM here on the Pacific Coast.. Most every one is in bed....
If i keeps giving you the message, PM TSR-ChrisL with this info, quoted from him:
"You need to PM me your station name, server, character and last 4 of the card for verification. Just a reminder please remember that I am only in the office monday through friday from 10:00 AM PST to 7:00 PM PST. I do try to get this fixed as quickly as I can though when I do receive a PM."
yea i did and also did the ticket thing...they messaged me back saying that they fix it but it still having the same prob. as if nothing changed.... proof: Greetings WorldWalker, I have unlocked your account from game database, you may login now. If you face any other in-game issues, feel free to file a new ticket. Regards i guess imma have to wait a day or so well i guess this thread can be locked

WorldWalker, this is how I was able to get mine to launch. I'm only assuming your using the station launcher to launch the game? If you are, go into your computer to where you installed the game. Usually by default it's C:\ProgarmFiles\Sony\MatrixOnline. In that folder look for the "launcher.exe" | Right click "Sent to: Create Shortcut to desktop" | Double click on the new shortcut. Matrix window loads up. Make sure the "Patch full system check" is on. Launcher will restart. Click on accept. Once again, click on the "Patch full system check" is on. Enter in account info, click accept. Once all this is complete log into game. It worked for me.
