I'm not sure if it's noted yet or not but the "P" identifies the location of the 7 proxies in this construct.
I thought it was obvious... so I must be as awesome as Procurator... or even awesomner...

People nowadays say "awesomesouce". And no, Proc ain't >_>
There is some confusion about terminology taking place so I thought I would clear up some of it.
The term Construct simply refers to a computer generated environment, this means "any" environment. Technically speaking the entire matrix is a construct.
The term Archive means just that, something stored away.
In the case of the "current" existing Archive Constructs, these are meant to be stored portion of previous versions of the Matrix and they are set to flag you for PvP when you enter and as long as you are there, by design.
You will also please note if you go into the Org specific areas (note I didn't use either of the defined terms here) on Vector you are "still" flagged for pvp. Up shot is that the world rules for PvP are still in place even in the Org specific areas. And there is a Design and Technical reason for this which isn't likely to ever change.
An Org area is just like any other normal are of a District in the Matrix and follows the same PvP flagging rule used by your instance of the Matrix currently.
We return you now to your regularly scheduled discussion.

Hopefully over time (and 'phases'" /> there will be more incentive to go there apart from a possible FFA and datamining.

I'm very thankful for this top-down map. My 2 $i on this is that FFA-PVP is a really cool idea, and I like it. I would just like the option to opt-in for it. That, or have Pacification Zones located in a couple spots (Those benches for example). The problem is choice, and I would like to choose to PVP, like I do on Syntax already. There's a reason why there's nowhere to sit in the other Archives (Yuki, WM, 01, etc), so why put places to sit in an area you don't need to lounge around in?
Technically speaking all Archive Constructs are Opt-In since you buy the book, equip it, stand in the effected area to be loaded into the Construct associated with the book you equiped.
So there is about 3 choices there at which point, for any of them, you could have chosen not to. That seems to be Opt-In from my perspective.
Or put simply...Thanks for the input though 9mmFu, so I take it that means that Datamine will take on the same rules as the world thus on Syntax and Recursion we have to flag manually? If so, YAY!
I didn't state it as such, in fact I didn't say anything at all about the new area. I only stated how the system works "now" so it was clear.
Apparently I failed since you assumed I was saying something else.
