Microchips manufactured by the Ouroboros Corporation are to be found in nearly every business and home in the city. Published government standards do not require a complete audit of every function printed on a typical electronic device's silicon wafers. As long as the feature-packed new toaster comes with a sufficiently low price tag and rate of starting fires, it is welcomed to market, and into thousands of homes.

Looked like a nice informational event, I hope we get to see other businesses around Mega City.

That woman irritates me insurmountably.
She certainly likes to yell.

((Did she remind anyone else of Jan Hooks' character in Pee-Wee's big adventure: Tina the Alamo Tour Guide?))

I just know, that if I was on vector, and she was flagged. I would use Code Nukes on the zombies...

Hee, that tour-guide certainly sounded like one of the many chirpy tour-guides I remember from the many day-trips I took with my folks as a kid. And hmm... there's more going on in her little spiel than meets the ear...

Hmmm.... I've been thinking along the same line but as of yet I cannot find anything hidden. She certainy mentioned the circular shape and meaning of Ouroboros, including the history and visual representation (The Snake and the Dragon eating their own tails) effectively meaning forever. It can be related to the cycle of the simulation before the truce was formed. Could this mean that the cycle has to continue and connot be broken regardless to what we have been led to believe? Are the machines working toward preparing something to manage an 'unbreakable cycle'? Ouroboros depicts a 'self sustaining', perfect being. ((Ouroboros always reminds me of Red Dwarf as it was written on the side of Listers box!))

((Indeed, Lister: Ouroboros... It wasn't 'Our Rob or Ross', it was Ouroboros..! Cat: What was? Lister: The message that was written on the side of my box! Cat: You came in a box? That explains everything.))

Excitable sort, isn't she? Must be all the free coffee. And why on Earth did she have to scout for visitors all the way out in Mara? This had better not be another Wright Research scenario - I don't think I could stand another day as John Skeers.

Vaporise all of Creston? How very interesting... Indeed.. as a blupill that much power may be enough to Vaporise all of Creston, but what would it mean to the simulation? If unleashed... would it decompile Creston, cause untold damage to the simulation? Is it tied into Creston itself or could that power be focused to another area? Would the simulation allow that much power to be built up within itself? As Digger mentions, what power does a virtual lightbulb use? Are virtual power and real power exchangable? Last but by no means least, what would they need all that power for?
((BARMAID: Oh! They've written its name on the side, 'ere. 'Our Rob, or Ross' CUSTOMER: Yeah, look at the way it's spelt - they must've been thicker than a ticket tout's wad. Couldn't even decide on a name.))
