Thanks for the assist.
Since you were playing before I am willing to bet that a file in your MXO folder got corrupted somehow;
1.) Please delete all of the following files: client.dll, artpclnt.dll, binkw32.dll, msvcp71.dll, msvcr71.dll, patchw32.dll, autoexec.cfg, options.cfg, useropts.cfg,matrix.exe.
2.) Once those files are deleted, right-click on your Profiles folder and choose Rename. Add a number to the end of the folder name (such as the number 1 to make the name profiles1). ***Please note that you will lose your User Interface settings, maps and hardlines- do NOT delete this folder or you cannot undo this change!***
Once complete, restart The Matrix Online game. Toggle a Full System Check from the EULA screen then login.
