Well figuring we have a NFL Thread i figured to start up one for baseball one of my fav times of the year Free agent siging is going on. my Team the Yankees have Made Some great moves so far they Got the best Pitcher in the second Half of the season last year CC Sabathia for 7 years and also picked up AJ Burnett and i think the yankees will have a solid young rotation finally With CC Wang AJ Chamberlin Hughes, there is also discusion going on the around the yankees are in the in the Sweepstakes for Texjeria and it seems espn is saying that the Soxs are out so that leaves The Angels Yankees Oriels and Nationals for Tex and the yankees fallback plan is Signing Manny i do think that would be a good move granted he is 37 i think or 36 but it would help i think take of the Preasure from the media A-Rod gets all the time and maybe Help alex to. and i to like the mets Getin K-Rod as well good move now they need one more Middle pen guy and i think the mets will be in good shape. feel free to discuses your teams guys

Yankees picked up 3 top tier free agents. And as usual Boston cries foul over baseball not having salary caps. They're just mad because they got OWNED again.

Indeed im already anxious for march to roll around. and from what i heard yesterday it seems the Yankees will Bring Back Pettite as well probally i hear its a 1 or 2 year deal

As of right now I heard that they're not considering bringing back pettite, that they're content with the lineup....Id say screw it and let hughes open the new ballpark. Make way for MAN-NY too

Yankees thread... Always seems like they get the top three free agents and rarely go the distance with them, this brings me much happiness.

agreed.. I would love nothing more than to see the Yankee's spend millions of dollars to buy their talent and then fail miserably. I don't like Boston either, but they're better than the Yanks. GO ORIOLES!

you guys ever watch them practice in the off season? I think it's really entertaining. I used to go to Arizona to visit my uncle and watch the Giants practice. It's the best time to get signed baseballs
