ok it took sum time to patch but after that i was able to start i was so happy and i started to crate player after i wrote his name and handle and clicked accept nothing changed i was still looking at my character from the camera in the game...i have no clue wats happens and why the main game doesn't start for me

If you've successfully created your character and chosen a name that is not already registered, then you should receive a confirmation that your name is now claimed for your account and Link will say something.
If you've chosen a name that has already been claimed, then you'll receive an error message and you'll have to select another name.
ok i retryed it but no error comes up or says name tooken all that happening is your looking through that camera at your character moving around at the wall but the game doesn't start...and after i click the accept button to start the button turn grey and nothing new happen...im still looking at him through the camera
How long did you take to make your character? Sometimes if you take too long (or lag gets too great) the game will time out, disconnecting you from the servers. Usually when you're in game this will boot you from the game but I've heard that some people experience what you are experiencing because of either disconnection, a taken name (and the error doesn't appear) or the servers have gone down (Usually servers go down for maintenance on thursdays for a couple of hours, not sure if this occurred this week due to the 25th landing on the thursday.)
well b4 i acually start the game u have to pick a server i think all three server said low...maybe hopefully that the prob. cuz after i write the name nothing happens but it seems as though its still loading becuz the accpet button turn grey after i clicked it

okay i click the switch on and it said something like patch system error (result code -30) unable to move/rename a file (access restriction or read only) i have the slighjtest clye wut that mean...is that the reason why after i creat my charater its doesn't start
sorry bought dat typos...i wish i could give you sum screen shot but i can....but my screen look just like dat tutorial from the start but while i create my person it still doesn't continue...after i click accept to start the general game plus wut up with the patch error after i full scaned it

Other than that the only thing i can think of is starting the game from the Station Launcher, You can download it here, when you choose The matrix online from the launcher it will scan and atempt to patch any files that maybe corrupt.
yea i have vista and i apologize for continuing this thread im just tryna get the game started...anywayz i downloaded the launcher...of coure im the ad cuz it my computer but it say i have to be ad to access im able to access all my program with *open as ad.* but this program
when i say run as admin i mean like the following >_> , not sure if it makes a differance (since im a XP ho) but looking in other threads it seems to be all that will fix the error ( 1 , 2 ) I have Vista on my laptop and i have to do this on some programs even though my user account is "admin"

Other than that a lot of people seem to just reinstal and it works fine <_< You could also try chatting with the "Live chat support" by clicking here (4th tab across) but i do believe they are on holidays.
