Ok, here's my problem: I go to school.

Let's just say I have a lot of free time at school and during that time I think it would be dandy to get on the forums.  Only problem is that our IT guy blocked the forums.  Reason?  "Games."

So, does anyone know how to get around that without being detected?  I really NEED the internet for school related stuff so I don't want him finding out and then blocking me completely.  Any help would be appreciated.

Oh yeah.  It's a Sonic firewall thingy.  I'm not completely sure, but I know it has the word Sonic in it.  =P

I had a friend who used a proxy and he still caught him and banned him.

He gives all of us a set IP address to use that only we can use, which is why he knows who's doing what.  Would a proxy even work?

(Sorry, I'm not completely technologically challenged, but when it comes to stuff like this I'm not "in the know"SMILEY

I wouldn't risk it. Just do without fun stuff like forums at work.

Or bribe the tech guy.

If you are willing to let ur PC at home on while at work/school you can try www.logmein.com It logs u to ur PC and from ur PC u can access any site as if u were sitting behind it. Don't try playing games from ur PC tho coz the program is limited after all.
