In the Loading Area when you recycle from your Code Archive Tab, it asks do you want to recycle for Xamount. But then when you click yes, you don't get your $info added to your account. Then if you move your stuff over to the Inventory Tab showing your local inventory, when you recycle it does give you the info. So I lost a lot of $info before I noticed it was not adding to my account Ravi

Might want to look into selling that stuff at a vendor ingame (if it's sellable). Typically you'll get 2x the amount of $i for an item over recycling it.

Doble check to make sure you are looking at your info bank and not the crew info bank.

Well, I didn't know where to put it on a feedback place and I tried searching and did not find it as a bug.
Yes, you could go to a vendor, but it's easier to go to Loading and dump stuff before you have to jack in. Nope, it was not increasing the crew or faction bank, just not adding anything anywhere. but if it is a bug, I will ask CS about it.

It is a known issue. Ok, so could I get my $info back? 500K will cover it, because it was just code bits and a few tools.
Thanks, Ravi

SOE generally wont give anything back because they have no way to prove you had it to begin with. This tends to apply no matter how much proof a player supplies.
