I fail to understand how such a high profile company can possibley let such an intergral part of their business get into such a mess? Is it really down to the fact that SOE is as tight as a dolphins butt? I know Virrago has requested something be done but obviously noone is listening.
What is it going to take for SOE to get their act together and fix this *poop* out?
Do we have to complain, petition or boycott the forums?

There is a fix in progress. It may not look like much now, but I assure you that my insider sources are reliable.
I know the feeling. Unfortunately, it's really always been like this since the transition from the old 'lith boards. It's kinda, unexplainable. It just seems to be ignorance or incompetence, probably both. >_> At the same time, protesting/petitioning/complaining won't do anything. Well the way i see it we are customers.. SOE is supposed to provide us with a service. SOE are failing to provide that service. Our rights as customers is to complain (and take action) until the service is up to scratch.
The forum is like any other product out there. There should be quality standards set. Clearly those standards are either too low or non existant.. most likely the latter.
Although our subscription does not pay for the Forum as such our accounts are linked to it so we are in effect paying something towards this heap of crud.
Its clear there are custmores here unhappy with a product.. what will SOE do? Nothing?
