( I am guessing she is the leader actually) A lot of the masked men are officers in Zion or some of the other organizations! :O (Maybe even on your ship!) And they have to keep their identities secret which is why they have masks =)

Veil used to work on the Novalis II ship for Zion and her name was "Toorima." She got caught when she murdered a person on her crew while they were in the Matrix, and transmissions to the masked men were found! :o There were clues left behind in the Matrix and the players used them to find out who did the murder SMILEY

There was a thing on the matrix website that had all of the crew members for the Novalis II and pictures of them! I will see if I can find it somewhere SMILEY
