Station Store Maintenance – Wednesday, April 2, 2008

Beginning at 9:00 AM PDT on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 all SOE account and commerce flow, the Station Store, character transfer service, and the CSG Store will be unavailable for maintenance.

We expect this maintenance to take approximately three and a half hours. During this maintenance period game servers will still be accessible. Please watch the forums for further updates regarding this maintenance. We apologize for this interruption and will resume the affected services as soon as the maintenance is completed.

On Thursday, April 03 at 4:00 AM Pacific Time the servers will go offline for an update and should return to service within 3 hours of shut down.

For those of us in the U.S., Daylight Savings Time ends Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 2 AM... Please don't forget to set your clocks back by one hour Saturday night before you go to bed!

The Halloween Update will be released on Thursday, October 23rd at 4:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Servers will go offline at 4:00 AM for the update and should return to service within 2 hours of shut down.

Labor Day marks the end of summer for those of us the in United States. SOE would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Labor Day weekend!

Phone Technical Support will be closed on Monday, September 1st and will resume normal hours on Tuesday September 2nd. Email and Chat Support will be available on Monday September 1st from 10 AM PST until 7 PM PST. We will be offering limited in-game support during normal business hours.

Please note that our petitioning system is currently undergoing maintenance. As a direct result of this, the "Questions" section of the Service History tab (where your petition history is located), has been temporarily disabled. This means that you cannot respond directly back to a GM, nor see your petition though our website as you normally would.

Until this functionality is restored, you can view your incident and its eventual response by checking the email address tied to your account. You will find an email response detailing your petition and a GM's response to your question. If the issue your petition was about has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please submit a new petition including the old petition's incident number for reference. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and hope to have the system working normally again soon.
