Yes, that ability can do that, but I can confirm as many can, this is a real bug.

  enraged works! , just need to get the enraged before they can press the roll out button lol, im used to how it works now and used several tactics now totry and make it work...

That is confirmed. You may need to kill that spawn 2 times, because you will either get the recipe or the frags. Also from what I recall it was:

Spawn 1: 2x lvl 60 Taskmasters - Spawn 2: 4 x 01 Soldiers lvl 50 - Spawn 3: 4 lvl 50 01 soldiers and 2x lvl 60 Taskmasters.



  • Agents: Either two level 55 Agents, or one level 60 Agent.
    • Requires: Data Extractor 3.0
    • Loot: Data Scrambler 0.4 Schematics, or Data Scrambler Permission Set (used to craft Data Scrambler 0.4s after the schematic has been learned).

The 2 x lvl 55 Agents drop the frag to be able to code the recipe for 0.4 Scrambler.
The other solo agent is lvl 65, this drops the frag to code the 0.4 Scrambler itself.


 

Nice work Sym. Just to add I have had everything spawn on me using the 0.4 Scrambler, we have had about 6 FH using it and everything has spawned at some point for us.

  there is one great location outside constructs where there i 1 HL and no where to run away , Guniess Lake, could work there nicely, its blocked all the way around with bridges....

Whoa , are they telling us as long as you are in international or downtown, you can now be recalled in there! I get how you cant from 1 distrcit to another though, but thats ok, its workable.... use trainlines etc

if so awesome! helping with HL's and Nodes will be much easier now SMILEY

The Kung Fu one as well as the karate ones haev been used in many Videos, FA videos in particular.


I asked the questions in the Dev thread, and we are not expecting to get those animations back.

Also be aware the the new pandoras items can give boosts and sweeps randomly, and that lets not have people saying people are using pills to boostsers when that happens....

  I think it had something to do with the many 100's of new CR2 animations that were added, and they just didnt work with the new system, or it meant re-coding them. Dont quote me on that, but thats what I believe was said.

Yeah i get what you mean, im a photoshop user myself, but know they hold very similar fundamentals.

 

Here is the best way i suggest, and more or less how i would do it..

 

You hve your layer with your faction name...

 

Create a second copy layer, duplicate layer, whichever command psp uses. if the first layer was text then rasterize this layer so its just and image...

 

Then on the back layer you add the effect of radial blur - zoom

 

You will now have the radial blur - zoom of the exact text and a clear one on front.

 

What next?

Well to make it stand out you can do 2 things,

1. fade the back blur slighty so the front name stands ot more or

2. Add a outer glow effect onto the top layer faction name so it separtes itself from the blur....

 

example... i just used drop shadow on the front...

You will see most tress have a state required move which will do high damage (a lvl 47 ability ) , even though wooden dummy drill is high damage, ki charged foot sweep does more.

  nice, use a larger space to add the effect so you dont just get the sqaure effect, to show as an imagine click on the  icon and type in the url to the image......

Since ive seen a few people asking this here is a simple guide.

 

First you login - naturally SMILEY

 

Next click on the My Profile button near the top as shown below..

 


 

The next screen you will see will have many different options, your concern for signatures is the signature section, you can see that the wite text box to its right is where you post your signature detals, from it you can see you have to use html code as shown below.

 

URL? - ok to have a signature you need to have your actual signature hosted online, a popular one at the moment as recommended by several people is http://photobucket.com/. Once you have it hosted you will be given the url, which is enterered after img tag in quotes for src.

 


 

 

 

Now thats done, just click on Save Changes, and your signature has now been applied.

 


 

You can always modify further by using hyperlinked signatures or various text etc..

 

Hope this helps people....Im sure in time once mxo is on the main station site this will become a must SMILEY

Trust me the improvement on the old system is a lot more, and yes stats (attributes) are very important now. Choosing a loadout / ability / stlye /buff and base attack style are all key elements to having a good loadout, defining about damage against accuracy, defense of different styles, all these elements help making this combat systema  lot more versitile and interesting.

atm I have yet to come across a cap, since we now mostly rely on attributes, and they max at 30, a cap does exist in that regard, but with every single "best" melee resistnace item, and abilities i still hadnt hit  cap, it probally exists but maybe the mechanics of the stats + clothes + Abilites wont hit it.

Guns can be very usefull, as stated above certain ones are more suited for inside combat, where others are better for outside combat. However look at stats and damage outputs on what works, youll see that different guns have a different DPS (the damage rate system ) so you could mix it up and hit certain things outside then take the combat inside interlock. since your lvl 12 your not quite there to do that, but stick at it, youll learn more as you go along.

Yes you can, but this gets tricky.

You need to have the fighting style in the hotbar preferabally, you can use the "interlock" drop down to change it too, but this is easier. So you have say in your hotbar the 2 styles "handguns" and "kung fu", now you will have the "buffs" you can apply, so lets for example say its "duelist" buff. So now your running handgun style with duelist buff. Then you jump into interlock, at this point you click on kungfu fighting style, now your style will change from handguns to this ma style. so where the problem? The buff, you curretly running "duelist" buff, now if you hae effects of combat then you wont be able to change the buff you are running, so effectively your running kung fu with no additional buffs from that tree, now you can do this, but then if your effective enough without the correct buff, so answer = Yes, but you need to be ready to swtich styles and buffs if possible.

With clothes giving me 16% accuracy bonus, I too get 145 from KungFu and 160 Total.

The only way something will get higher than that is if their clothes give more than 16% bonus.

Make sure your also grabbing the %bonus Melee Accuracy from the passive buffs in the other trees to.
Whats your Melee Accuracy? with the clothes I get 96% total.

Nope, there is still a random number which adds to everything, or something with adds a element of "chance" if both have good accuracy. Ive missed ppl with 200+ Ballistic Accuracy , people have deflected 200+ Viral Accuracy hacks, so to be honest accuracy isnt the be all end all, and frankly I wouldnt wear my accuracy clothes in that sense to fight another MA.
