To be honest, it's not worth your time. If anything, you MIGHT be able to get away with it one on one, but it's still a far stretch.

I'd actually think that having your tactics on the top hotbar would be more beneficial since you can switch to block, grab, etc on a whim. It's excellent for duels as well since you can often get their shield down on the first try and keep yours up.

To be perfectly honest, I'd try Expert Rifleman instead - as far as gunmen go. I don't know about on Vector but MKT's on Syntax generally have a clumsy rate of IS consumption so they wear less resistance/more IS regen to make up for this fact.
Put on damage clothing, and try to get a root on your enemy. Move back as soon as possible, and feign like you're going into concealment for a Snipe Shot. Put on Line Up The Shot and immediately put on Firearms Skill afterward, all while using a Halsey Sniper Rifle. They'll most likely think that you were stupid enough to go for a Concealed Shot - and failed - so they'll be range. On power, I estimate your Free fire doing anywhere from 500-800 in duels depending on your opponent's resistance. Chain together a 4 shot combo and use your superior range to keep away from them in the fight and it'll be easycakes.

Ill begin to check now that I am aware. Marias - For providing a Loadout/outfit and feign. I stil need to code sniper and get the Halsey sniper rifle. I do have the Expert rifle tree coded but haven't used it much, and the one time I did I used steady aim and the IS drain was a big turn off. Steady Aim is a giant IS drainer so I seldom use it unless I need the next shot to hit. I'll put it on before a root/powerless and turn it off immediately, in the rare instance that I do activate it.

I think that Syntax as far as general knowledge of the system and refinement of loads, is far beyond Vector just because of the fact that PvP is something that we have to pursue. When we want a fight, we make one - and when we get bored, we refine what we already know. We aren't flagged 24/7 so there's time to evaluate prior fights and sample from each organization. On Vector, the emphasis is on staying alive. Certain things like Hyperjumping around 24/7 are frowned upon on Syntax because it's always a 'choice' to fight opposed to trying to avoid conflict while you're trying to get something done - like on Vector.
I will concede that because of this truth, Vector's inhabitants are inherently better Hunters than people on Syntax. Vector is also much much more realistic as far as RPvP goes. I know that I personally love Vector's atmosphere, but I'm *CENSORED* glad that I came up on Linenoise - and later Syntax opposed to any other option.
And Recursion?
...nah. Just nah.

Whenever a finishing animation goes off, you'll die regardless of any health regeneration in that time period. An example would be if I were engaged in PvP and Sniped and interlocked by a MA. The system would dictate that the MA's next move surpasses my current HP, but my friend strolls over and heals me for 700 health. Because of way that things are taken into account, the MA would kill me even if I had 800 or so health left because the system says "Nope, I calculated last round that the MA would have a finishing animation so that means that your health = 0".
Fix please.

Considering that the RSI is a projection of a Redpill's image of themself, and considering how profoundly pregnancy affects a woman's body and mindset, it *might* affect her enough to show some change in the RSI, but it would depend on the woman. Some gals go through a full-term pregnancy smoothly and others are knocked for a loop by it. As for the cranial jack, I know one or two people who RP freeborns who were retrofitted with jacks, and I'm cool with it. I think the trick is, the jack would have to be implanted while the kid was fairly young so the brain could grow around the jack and the (theoretical) filiments radiating from it could connect with the brain cells as they continue to develop.
Yeah, Cranial Jacks don't seem to stray too far from Canon since it's perceivable that humans have some knowledge of the method of their imprisonment. After all, still living humans - some adults - were implanted into the first Matrix. I'd have to think that anyone RPing a Cypherite would be against bringing a child into a world that they're against in the first place. This beckons the question: How is population regulated within the Matrix if two humans were to have a child within it? Is the child that results, effectively just a being compiled from the mother and father's genetic makeup and plopped into another pod? Or is it completely random? When someone says "That person isn't really your Mother." or "That isn't really your brother." - I'd think that would be incorrect - seeing how they'd inevitably look like each other to an extent - thus signifying the use of the same genetic material.
Ideas?

Also, since enrage now finally actually helps you preventing them from rolling out, use e.g. controlled burst, sidekick and so on. On another sidenote, MKTs will now much more use Canny Strike if they can, 'cause it's got the highest acc bonus for a combat-ability in-game.
Canny strike has a horrible IS cost and you have to load useless abilities to get to it. I'll stick with Side Roll, and still roll out 80% of the time.

Right, so I've got a 50 on all three servers and this is how I percieve things from what I've experienced on all three servers. Vector: Tends to be concentrated PvP, what I find is that when one side is winning everyone comes out of the woodwork until they start losing or people start logging off because they are winning then the next org, who was on the recieving end of the big group of players, starts grouping together as they see the other orgs numbers lessening and make their attack. Each and every cycle of this, a couple of dedicated players may stick around to try pick off players or whatever. There are a lot more hyper jumpers on Vector than on Syntax on Recursion. In my opnion, those that do Hyper jump, do it because they simply can't reconstruct and come out Mara central unflagged and prepare to flag up. I'm not one of those players, but thats the reason I percieve for them to hyper jump. I hate that they do it as much as anyone else. Oh, forgot to add: Numerous players on vector tend to dream and live in la-la land, where by they talk absolute poppycock and act like the dogs bollocks with delusions of grandure. Syntax: There are some interlock builds on syntax, there is a lot more temporary trucing too. Vector had a phase where it's two smallest orgs would truce to beat Zion as they had almost double the numbers of the org, many Mervs on Vector believed Systematic Chaos ruined that trucing system and frankly if we were the cause, I'm glad we did because it makes for much more entertaining PvP. Syntax tends not to hyper jump as much, likesay, because of the fact you can recon and come straight back out of Mara C. Syntax Mervs tend to have more MKT's than anything else, that was probably due to the fact that they had lesser numbers in their org for a while. Thats not the case now, but they tend to follow the MKT trend, which is fair enough. Can't complain. Recursion: There are more interlock builds on this server, than any other. There's also a lot more TB'ers and HB'ers. Fair enough, thats their style. PvP isn't as active here as it used to be, in my experience. That may have changed recently, but since Fallen Horizon and IP Conflict quit on mass, there's not been as many enemies to combat. One can't actually say, definitively, that one server is better than the other. Each has their differences, Strengths and weaknesses. If we ever have a test server back up, then perhaps we can host some kind of strategic kind of PvP tournament to decide a team of six of the best for each server and then PvP, but, until that happens we'll be basing our debates off personal experience not cold hard facts. That's probably the most accurate and unbiased description thus far I'd say. I think it's also worth noting that in my experience on Syntax, PvP is really easy to find or start. When it does start, it only snowballs from there.

You should be concentrating on mostly resistance clothing that has whatever applicable bonus for the tree, and striking in 2-3 hit high damage combinations, and then regenerating IS. Learn to conserve your inner strength, and the resistance will make sure that you outlast any opponent.

Some of us wear unbuffed clothing to make PvP harder, since it's ez-mode with it. That and a lot of the people you see wearing "unbufffed" clothing, are actually fully buffed and just were lucky enough to find a matching suit.

Yeah, I was referring to just running backwards. I suppose that I can understand why the Hyper Jump technique mentioned would be considered an Exploit, but unless you're doing it at the peak of your jump, it shouldn't be much of an issue. At that point, you just have less distance to run to catch up to them.

People get mad at hyperjumping because they lost a potential kill. It's the same with people running away with HS on. I personally don't have a problem with that, because you can always catch up. It's the people that hardline to the loading area or some other random hardline. The backpeddeling is an exploit and should be reported if seen. People that usually cry over hyper jumping are the ones that don't have it loaded, have the zerg, or they are too lazy to chase you. The people that never hyperjump, they just play the game strictly for pvp and will load/use hyperjump on the occasion that they decide to participate in an L.E. . People that don't load hyperjump do it for the 3 extra points they get or they have beta jump. How is backpeddling an Exploit?

The Agency is an MMO that incorporates the cinematic feel of spy movies in an attempt to bring a more mainstream audience to the online community. It will be released on the PS3 and PC, and you will receive certain updates about in game events and new updates from "contacts" (your agents in game) through a cell phone. The game mechanics aren't just in a FPS setting although that is a large part of the gameplay. It's possible to race/escape from scenes, sneak into certain bases, go club hopping and take pictures for intel, etc. There seems to be an emphasis on allowing the player to take any sort of approach to solving a problem, even if it's not a combat oriented solution. The graphics are smooth, although it does have sort of a light hearted/silly feel. Definitely one to look out for.
