Everyone has been on the edge waiting to here the latest from the Effectuator and how to rescue Niobe.
There has been more sightings of the Anome followers in the Downtown district, therefore I have been patrolling that area more often, ready for anything.

Not too long Tyndall was on call again, more updates and more help to be provided to the Effectuator.

I just hope all this is not for nothing, even though Niobe is in a construct where time has slowed down, she still would need to be rescued and fast.

I made my way to the meeting point, and my good buddy the Effectuator was there.

Hey there, pal o' mine! I had a brainstorm about something to help us out with this Niobe thing, and I immediately thought of you!

I'm still getting interference in trying to search for her signal across the network, see? But I've noticed that the code profile of this interference is similar to the icky code that comes dripping out of the eyeballs of Anome's goons--who I might add are still hitting my network hubs like pinatas. What's that tell you? Huh? Huh?

Okay, okay; I know it may be nothing. But just in case, I want you to go scan some of them up close and personal. I'm sending my scanning-equipped pal Dunlap here with you. Take good care of him, okay?

I don't  know whats worse, that he thinks about me or I have to take this dog for a walk with me. However we must do this for Zion, and if thats what it takes to get to the end of this, then so be it. Now all I needed was a bone and start shouting fetch.

I followed the co-ordinates given and it was an old office block. There will be hostiles, get the dog to do his work on the computer while I kill the enemy, sounds good.

All was quiet at first, infact the computer itself was un-attended, I instructed the lupine to get to work, and at that moment the Anome followers came out, I had to act fast. Several bullets later, they were down and the computer work done.

Not having to walk him about was fine by me, however there was another I had to take to another location. Tyndall got updated and the next set of co-ordinates were given.

Another quiet apartment building. Waiting in the lift with a lupine, not the best way to walk into a mission, quiet a rare thing too... thankfully.

Anomes followers didnt wait for us to reach the computer this time, they attacked as soon as they seen us, the lupine lookede scared. I took care of them while the lupine accessed the computer..... again.

The task was done, hopefully this was enough for the Effectuator to carry on. Tyndall was updated and instructed me to meet with the Effectuator right away.

I got to the location and he was there, all of him in many instances, and I thought one in the same room was too many...

The Effectuator - 1st Istance
he corrupt code coming from Anome's walking dynamos is the same code signature I'm finding when trying to trace Niobe!

The results are in! It must be the vials!

The Effectuator - 3rd Instance 
He used the same stuff to juice up his goons that he did to partition Niobe off into a separate construct!

All I have to do now is trace this code corruption across the network... Hmmm...

I hope you know what your doing, and I hope your right. If so we are now getting closer to tracing and getting to Niobe. Lets act fast, time even though has slowed down for her is still of the essense.

I made my way back out into Downtown to resume my monitoring of the area, each day seems a little different, good or bad I don't yet know. Though I will never stop, we will get Niobe out, soon.

Its said we should live in the moment, but how can we when each moment can not be lived. The days are getting more dangerous, Anome has been sighted and were still awaiting the rescue of Anome. The City full of Bluepills continue unaware of the war we are fighting, its time to get Anome and stop this from spilling onto the streets.

Fortunately for us, Zion learned how to repair hardline junction boxes back when the city was being ransacked by those weird red-eyed Agents. Remember that? Well, don't worry, your operator will be able to lead you through it, I'm sure. I'll send him the box locations we need to fix, and you'll get in there and patch them up, eh?

I made my way, and as expected these Anome followers the Unlimits were there to intercept my route, they had this strange code following, well it had its last flow. There will be no mercy.

I got to the repair box and made quick work to bring it back online. There were dead oepartives in the area. Unlimits must have been here.

The box was repaired, I updated Tyndall and the next location awaits. This time the Unlimits were waiting for me, time to limit their existance.

These days make us more aware of the uncertainties that exist. Sure the "Truce" is in place, but everyday we face new problems, some against our own kind who simply choose to work for others. That is their choice, something we all made, and our choices take us down the path we now see, we may not know it, but we have to try and understand it. Help from a foe seems to be finally getting results, will we understand why it came to this, who knows.

I was monitoring some local Hardlines to check for any disturbance to them, ever since they were targetted by Anome's ppl. I had crew member Orexis aiding me with this mission. Before I could access all those I needed Tyndall had an update and further mission to follow.

I was seeing more of the Effectuator than my home Zion, this ceertianly not a good thing, however he does provide entertainment each time.

The data gave us a list of Anome's meathooks who took down the last box, and one of them is a slimy scoundrel we've dealt with before; he'll play on whichever side if offering to butter his bread that day.

His name is Unlimit Reactor, and he's ready to talk to you, so go round him up! I'll send the location to your operator--I love chatting with him!

We made our way, however some other Anome followers spotted me and attacked, Orexis took the Unlimit to the secure location while I made sure I was the last person these unlimits would jump on. They were more powerful than the others, but I killed one and managed to lose the other.

Just what I wanted to hear.

The world still passes by for many, and we fight to the fights we need to. The Bluepills no nothing of this, we are simply more strangers walking down the road, but how that road looks different.

Neuro dart has a 50% speed debuff, we all know this.

Now we all know (or should) that attributes play a key role in buffing and debuffing, your attributes control the % for all of them.
Now a MKT with 30/30 stats in Acc and Damage will normally hit the 50% speed debuff Neuro, and therefore anyone with a 60% speed bonus cap will easily be able to move at normal speed and jump (hense why you will see some ppl jumping even with a speed debuff), since you only need it at minimum 0 to be able to hyperjump.

Now some players can play it smarter and will use debuffs casting higher that 50%, you will find that people will decent stats in belief can do that. With 30 points in belief someone can hit neuro dart with a 80% speed debuff, making the player trying to escape need at least 80% to jump with it casted.

Can you jump with a 80% debuff? YES!

Some people may be wondering how that is possibly when speed caps at 60%, meaning you should be at -20%. Well the bonus applied caps at 60% but that doesnt mean you can have more than 60% bonus in status. Like all bonuses you can hit them as high as you want, though the game mechanics might have them capped in usage.

So how does this work?

If you get your speed bonus to say 90%, 60% is used and capped, but your stats will still show you have 90%. Hit that player with say a 80% Neuro, they will jump away, why? because their speed bonus debuff applies to the total stats, not the capped. This works exactly the same from resistance, it might cap at 250, but you can have a lot more which can absorb a debuff.

I know some people have been asking about these things to me, so felt I would post this in here for people to discuss and understand.

The last few days have been exciting, dangerous and memorable. Capt Niobe is back, operatives united to help Ghost who had aide from the Effectuator to resuce Niobe from the construct she was placed in. After battling many Unlimits we were finally able to get her out of there. She has spent the last few days recovering, but I was looking forward to meeting her once again.

I was spending some time watching activity in the International district , luckly very few Unlimits have been sighted hear, however now we have Niboe back, you can be sure they ain't happy.

Tyndall contacted me, the Effectuator wanted to say his goodbye's. He has helped as he said he would, I will see him. MY oeprator though certainly has a dislike for him, and just like him I won't trust an exile who works for the Meroviongian. Lets see what he has to say.

I got to the location, he was also in International. The wide open rooms always useful, but where was he... 

It didn't take long and he showed up, again with his regular tricks of appearing in different rooms.

He was certainly happy to see me, and also dissapointed that this would be our last visit, I guess even though I had my issues with him, he helped as he would and earned some respect in that regard.

Dead Bluepills, more attacks on redpills, Anome's Unlimits were growing in strenght, or at least it seemed to be looking that way. However intel on their latest actions was few and far between, we need more on this group, their plans bluepill organisation had been in contact about strange things happening. We were to meet with them and find out what this was about and if it was connected in any way to Anome. The day had just started, and I was ready for the mission ahead.

I reach the offices that we agreed to meet at, Brend Utley was there and gave me a summary of what was going on that they required our assistance with.

She then proceeded to give me the location where I might meet these individuals for further questioning.

I took the notes and updated Tyndall on the situation and proceeded to make my way to the location. I had my own thoughts about this but was waiting for further information and intel before jumping to any conclusions.

Once I arrived at the location I met with Scarlet and began to question her about the disturbances they had noticed.

Eh? Oh, yeah. I saw some'a these big guys hanging around outside the yard at the other warehouse earlier, just before we brought a shipment over here. What? I don't know where we put the shipment. Jenette Zatkin over there handled that.

At that moment my operator noticed traces of the Unlimit code on Scarlet, and it was more than likely connected to this shipment they had to handle. I questioned Jenette to find out more...

Oh, the shipment? Yeah, let's see... That box over there was part of it. I think it's been emptied out, but take a look if you want. It was brought over from warehouse C.

As I got to the location and began to inspect it appeared to be empty and clear.

I was scanning each area for anything which might give us a clue to the packages that must have been here when out of nowhere I was being attacked by Anomes goons, this confirmed their connection.

Today was not a day to try and suprise attack me, the Unlimits themselves learnt that, the hard way.

This development was updated to Tyndall and the contact from the bluepill organisation wanted to meet once more after being given this new intel.

I made my way to meet her once again, however as I made my way the night itself was very dark and a growing concern was in the air, something was coming, I wasn't sure what yet, but whatever it is its going to test the courage in all of us.

I understand that you've had experience dealing with the group that you've found to be responsible for these incidents, Mr. Unknown. We'll be more than happy to retain your services in dealing with them. My comptroller will be in touch with your people about extending your contract.

While operating as esstentially private investigators for Penhurst-Amanranth we were learning about certain attacks and break ins which seemed to be connected to Anome, to what exact purpose was still unknown. However today I was to learn of a truth which would threaten many bluepills, this had to be acted on, and fast.

Tyndall contacted me and informed me about further progress, I was to meet Brenda Utley again.

I made my way to the meeting location, knowing what Anome was upto was of priority. I met with Brenda and learned more about what was going on.

Of course this is something of a public relations disaster for us at the moment, but I assure you that our recipe is completely non-toxic. We believe this is a case of sabotage, no doubt perpetrated by the same group that's been harassing our workers.

The police have given us the address of one of our customers who was tragically slain by this evil plot, and I'll have it faxed to your office. We'd appreciate it if you could take a look around.

Further leads have been obtained on the sabotaged Tastee Wheat product. The bluepill organisation itself seemed to be very secreative but also very open, it was certainly testing my own thoughts about the overall situation. However it was clear that Anome was looking to hurt as many bluepills as he could and using the products they use daily to go about it. Getting Anome was priority but we have to make sure no more bluepill lives are lost in the process.

Tyndall was in contact, a break-in was in progress and we had to get there fast, I made my way to the location.

The warehouse was quite and looked like whoever was here had already left, with the help of my operator we searched the area for any clues we could find.

During my scan of the who building I found a few packages of Tastee Wheat, these had been poisoned, my operator confirmed the same.

Look, even if those numbers are real, this is no surprise. So the Machines have built up their strike force; considering how many Sentinels we chewed up last time they tried to take the docks, and that Zion's population has grown since the Truce, they were bound to do that.

What we need to do now is figure out if it's worth dealing with EPN. The Machines can't claim that we'd be breaking the Truce if we gave EPN hovercraft safe passage through Zion tunnelspace, since the Machines aren't supposed to pursue craft in there anyway.

Our scans indicate there's a good chance that this one will have some pretty juicy information, but we haven't accessed it ourselves. We had a tip that the Cypherites were watching the area, and we didn't want them to get wise to us. So, I figured we might as well turn this one over to you as a show of good faith.

We'll send the database coordinates and access code to your operator. There shouldn't be any Machine guards in the area. The Cypherites may still have the area under surveillance; it's hard to tell.

Lot's of questions and answers are being seeked in regards to whether or not we should aide EPN as well as the current request from the machine to gain access to ZMF. We have made our own requests in return but sooner or later someone is going to bite the bullet and see where this is taking us. Operative. We've received some reports indicating that the Machines have met recently with the Cypherites. Not surprisingly, our E Pluribus Neo contacts claim that they have been able to confirm these meetings. These reports are sketchy, but we need to be more alert than ever, especially after stirring the Cypherites up by attempting to access that Machine database they were watching.

EPN reports, as well as our own surveillance, have identified a Cypherite base near where Niobe is scheduled to meet with the Machines. I need you to neutralize those Cypherites, then join me at the conference. Tyndall will have the details for you.

It's good to see you, Aquatium. I know I took a risk in there, but we had to show them that we mean to hold them to the original terms of the Truce. It sounds like they have some idea about increasing their surveillance of Zion. We've got to start thinking about how we're going to prevent that, both now, and farther down the line. If they're going to maintain this aggressive attitude, we need to come up with a long term solution to preserve Zion.

I'm not sure that solution lies with E Pluribus Neo. They could be useful, but nothing comes for free. At least we've had a chance to get a better idea of what makes them tick.

We certainly need to be careful of the machines, they say they won't break the original Truce, but can you really trust a machine...they know they can destroy us fast if they wanted to, this arrogance shows me we can't.

The Machines are scrupulously ruthless. They'll stick to the terms of the Truce, but they've "calculated" that Zion harbors a threat, and I don't expect them to change their minds about that any time soon.
