You didn't know? Tytanya plays with nametags off. It's like visiting a restaurant where all your waiters are nondescript, wear hats, and no nametags, not introducing themselves, so you have to guess who yours is. It sucks when you order chicken alfredo and get zerged, tho.

Very nice there, Duckker. Very healthy contribution.
I don't use the gear for PVP. It's unreliable. You'll get smoked if you fight more than one person. You'll also get smoked if you fight one or more hackers or martial artists.

If only applied to glasses and hats, this would be great. It allows us to take advantage of the buffs as well as our RSI appearances. Nobody in the Matrix films wore a bandana over their face to get leet buffs. Come to think of it, nobody wore a fedora either... Feh. I want a male ninja mask.

## Encrypted Transmission.
SOURCE// Ronin Network

Tonight will be my last night spent in the system for a very long while. I will not make any of your promises that I will return and while some of you may be apathetic throughout all of this, I am aware that others of you do not want to hear that I am going away. I've been redirected to the Real, and I will get to spend some time on the surface in Zero One.
But since I am not going to see any of you for a long time, I'd decided to get together one last time with all organizations to say proper goodbyes. If any Broadcasters would like to host it, I know that it is short notice but I'd appreciate help from wherever I can get it. I will also be giving away information and items to people at random, which means even if we've had our differences in the past you'll still probably get something that you could either use or sell.
Please respect the truce while present.
- Bryce.

If you take away the ability of people to load Hyper-Deflect along with another of the defenses, we'd be back to the same complaints we had before CR2. Hackers were overpowered there. Now they've been given special attention in regards to defense because Viral damage is nothing like the way Operative trees work. It's closest to Thrown in that it has DoT's, but the DoT's in Hacker trees are quite powerful compared to Sever Artery or Neurodart. Talk to Broin or Bayamos on Vector. They're very good hackers, despite Hyper-Deflect. You're only going to beat the p*ss out of a hacker if the Hacker doesn't know what he's doing or you're prepared to fight a Hacker, specifically. Most people don't prepare for Hackers because it's uncommon nowdays since they've balanced the game to where Gunmen and MA's are worth playing in PVP. Removing our ability to load Hyper-Deflect is going to give them an edge that will cause more grief. If I were you guys, I'd be more concerned about the people using macros with a Scattershot/Patcher or Kung Fu/Patcher build, so they can spam heals while in interlock. All you need is to use the clothing bug exploit for accuracy, then switch to IS regen gear and you can keep yourself healed indefinitely while you wait for a status like Dazed or Staggered.

Huh? Pardon my ignorance, but uh... What, there's a storyline involved in this game? I thought this was, like, a parallel universe to The Matrix. Like a "What If?" type deal. Like... "What If The Matrix Sucked?"

Whatever's going to happen is going to happen. On Vector we were told we were going to delete the General, but we would never have succeeded because it would null the most awesomest cinematic of 5.1 where they show The General in awesome black and white with awesome storyboard detail in an awesome way.

I think it is apparent that the Wachowski brothers sold out. This franchise is no longer their own, other than the checks they receive. I don't think MXO has anything to do with The Matrix anymore. Imagine if I had to tell someone my sales pitch for MXO...
"Hey man, you should play Matrix Online."
"Cool. Can I be Neo?"
"No, it's not like that. It's an MMO."
"Well, can I meet Morpheus?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"He's dead."
"Oh. What about Niobe?"
"Naw, she's a *CENSORED*. You wouldn't want to meet her. But you can meet, uh, Silver or Pillsworth."
"Who?"
"Uh, nevermind. But you can kill Tengu with me."
"Kill what?"
"Yeah, you load Hacker. It's like a Wizard."
"What? I don't want to play a Wizard. This isn't like medieval is it?"
"No, it's Matrix!"
"Doesn't sound like it."
"No... No, it doesn't."

hidden.ht* is now showing a newspaper article about the electrical fire in Guinness Lake that killed a family. Brian Gauss told me about this sometime last week. We should expect to see more disturbances.
Also, the locations map shows a few points of interest in Richland that show where the potentials reside.

Zerotolerance is in there too and I hail from Vector. But in-game, I don't use that handle... Which leads me to believe that this event is partially aided by LESIG (you can add buddies for the level 1 BrianGauss on all instances), but most of the participation is players familiar with Recursion. Thus my in-game handle wasn't present in the list.
I don't mind where the content comes from, as long as it's there.

I spoke with an Operative today that was listening in on Brian Gauss and I having a conversation.
She distinctively made mention of the Algorithm being a way to end this war. Of course, ending a war isn't always peaceful. It can be quite violent and disruptive. So far it appears from Mr. Gauss' perspective that there is a hacker group that excels in tampering with electricity. So far we don't know who is behind this, but there's an expectation that these operatives are like cultists to this Algorithm Black.
I am hopeful that this Algorithm can bring peace, but the past has told me otherwise. There's been a total of four blackouts or incidents thus far. Baldwin, Guinness, Camon, Guinness.

The little hints and clues are there for everyone to be shared. We all work different hours of the day and miss out on even the smallest of information. We all put it here for everyone to evaluate and establish. Some can even see things that we dont. Two heads are better than one, and in our case we have 3 servers. Really. *CENSORED* off. Sensitive... confidential...
I agree with this. We all have been sharing information... And no wonder I havent seen Brian on Recursion... hes been on Vector...
I shared quite a bit of information with ChloeAnn.
If you play on Recursion or Syntax, I'd gladly put the "My Server is better than Your Server" bit away to exchange information with those of you who don't want to go off on how nobody plays on Vector. That kind of attitude needs to go away. Right. Now.
If you'd like to work with me and don't have a Vector toon, please send me a tell and I will assist you in the efforts you put forth on your home server. My handle is W4rbl4de. I only ask that you exchange any "confidential information" you might have with me because at the same time I am fairly straight-forward with the "confidential information" I have.
In fact, everything I found has become public knowledge by now. Don't give me the confidential nonsense. If you're reading this thread, you're reaping the fruits of other peoples' labors. I find that if you're reading this and not contributing all the "sensitive" data you'd received, you're traveling down a rather hypocritical path.
Let's work together as this Algorithm affects us all. Not just you. You're not going to single-handedly win this on your own and become Neo.

It might have been disgruntled about being faced with another year, Fox. Doesn't necessarily mean it was because it'd turned into that year in particular.
And it could have also been vibrations in the walls from fireworks or someone's entertainment system?
Or it could have been an earthquake heralding the end of the world, stopped short by some miracle...

According to the Mayans, we have EXACTLY 5 years to live.
And the Judeo-Christian mythology allowed a prominent number of people to believe 2007 would be the final days.
