I dont think items should be given out or made drop-able but i'd certainly like to see an NPC who would make someone instant level 50 with all abilities.

Every large company works on PVT (Purchase vs Turnover), it might be named differently for other companies but it all relates to the same thing.

For the past few weeks the servers have been empty,miniscule pvp at peak times, just looking at server boards 50% of them are made up of farewell threads.

But after you all unsubbed at Rarebits last changes Familar faces kept vanishing from Mara C on a regular basis, which left the servers next to empty these past few weeks, i would be suprised if there were more then 20 active subscriptions.

I feel the final nail in the coffin was hammered in by us the Players who didnt give Rarebit the chance to see what he had planned.

Seeing as they're all watching this thread "Lol 2 pages" i think we should all become fans of SWG GAT's ever so popular....

Seriously what gives? People who subbed on June 1st are now getting kicked out of game and having their accounts shut down? I mean seriously wth...

Listen... We got less than a weeks notice that you were shutting the game down and stopping billing. We are the paying customers who made this game what it is and after putting in so much time, dedication, and love into this game your simply pulling the plug and taking all our hard work and throwing it into the garbage can. We've got a little less than 2 months left on this game and we'd like to make the most of it and get as much enjoyment out of it as possible... I don't know if you guys have forgotten this fact due to how small the player base is around here, but this is a MMO... And its the multiplayer part that keeps people come back. We've got 2 months left and in order to make the most of it we need our friends and faction mates to be here. As a faction leader myself, I've got tons of friends/faction members who are currently unsubbed and cant get resubbed to get back here and enjoy the last 2 months. And this is a fact that rings true for a lot of players and factions where they've got a lot of unsubbed players who want to come back but cant.

You've got players going back to the CR1 days who put in a lot of time into this game in its early on who want to be here for the end. Some of us have put in well in excess of 3000 hours in to our characters... That's a massive amount of time to spend on something to not be able to be there for the end and have some closure. I mean really stop and think about all the old players out there who you know who want to be here right now but cant.

 

So Virrago, please go bash some heads up in the SOE offices and get them to enable all the old accounts. Let anyone who's not banned come back and play for the end. Heck, unban all the accounts and let them come back as well. As much as we hated some of the players in this game its also the villans who made the game what it was as well. The point is though, let the players come back who want to come back. In the last 2 months if we could get everyone back on here we could make the last 2 months something amazing and give this game one he ll of a send off. And from the logical point of view... SOE has no reason not to.... From June 1st forward all of us are playing for free anyway... So really what difference does it make? Free is free. Try to get them to let our friends and faction mates come back.

So I implore you to please fight for this all to often forgotten community and let us get the most out of the time we have remaining. Because if we cant get our friends and faction mates back here its simply another slap in the face.

I think if you want anything at all have all the halloween/xmas/anniversary stuff unlocked and for anything else you need ask Mathalos or Bayamos to include it in there Patch.

So what does it really matter for the last 2 months? Bragging rights? Still like to be proud of whatever item you got? Still like to be unique? I don't think anyone cares about that anymore. For one it's already been said in this thread there is nobody to put it in anyway, second of all it's already evident that people have mixed reactions/thoughts to this idea, after all there is a patch in the game currently made by Mathalos and Bayamos for you guys to see and use many items you wouldnt normally get to try.

If it was you in mine XXT, or even Craints posistion i would be willing to bet you would be against the idea too, certain items as XXT has already said took years to obtain, just to have everyone have them in the final 2 months, what the hell did he pay 4-5 years of subscription fees for?

That's like giving everyone on SWG a Sunriders Destiny, an Elder robe and full Mando armour, and a Nighsister Bicep because the game is closing down. (Dont know how familiar you are with SWG) but it's stupid the difference here is there is a smaller portion of players with Rare items, regardless of how they were obtained.

And the only people who dont care are the one who dont own the items themselves.

if anything please be reasonable and ask for your Halloween/Anniversary and Xmas rewards like Villemar said in the other thread ludicrous ideas stop reasonable ideas from being considered.

I've left out other Characters, and as it says i've only played as Santinoz i've never actually owned him, but i've known Santinoz for Donkeys years we go back even before this game.

I'm saving that for the ending days including all the characters i made for a joke, and all my friendslist which is at 1340.
