So we agree that hackers still rock How about these animations then; should we have better/new ones? Are they fine as they are? Personally I'm not too worried although I can imagine that borrowed 'silver bullet' would be annoying (my hacker isn't that high yet). On the one hand, I really like the moment when you hit them and it makes that noise and takes away their life. I like the little lightnings and hitting people with logic cannons, it's great! But on the other hand when I first came to MxO I would have imagined hacker attacks being quite different. I guess more akin to mage spells, but of course not so overt as throwing a fireball. Things like cutting off an RSI's breathing, stopping their heart, turning their blood to..whatever. So yeah, I'm on the fence. There are cool things they could do, but the things we have right now are cool too. A hacker RP sense is to damage the RSI, they have multiple things they can do but I'd love to see if yer stunned it turns the screen black, since you shouldn't be able to see anything if yer stunned

The real problem is that without a solid or even semi solid repro case the Devs dont know where to start looking for the problem. When this is the case with a bug, usually, unless its prevents game play like a client crash or something that effects ever single user, they have other serious issues they can fix and move onto these. Sometimes Devs will go back and hunt stuff down themselves but due to the amount of really broken stuff this only happens occassionally unfortunately. I scanned through the thread and noticed alot of folks saying "Fix it!". Now I know many of you may just be venting but you also know that simply saying "Fix It!" isn't going to make it happen. If you have a sure fire way to get it to occur alot please /bug it. What do I mean by sure fire? Example: - Create <gender character> of <body type>
- Goto to <X,Y,Z>
- Face <direction>
- Intiate Concealment by <method (macro, clicking the the hotbar, from the action panel, ect>
- State: The problem is <explaination>
- Result: Issue occurs #% of the time. (hopefully 100% but close to that would be helpful)
This is the type of information that is useful to the Dev to the team when they are looking to repro and fix issues.
the problem about it, at least for me is that for a whole week of gameplay it will then happen like 2 or 3 times. although I do know it says you have entered sneak you have dropped out of sneak you have dropped out of sneak and it's usually when you go from escape and evasion to concealment.

the first thing they have to do is read the bug report, it will be sent off to be reproduced and they will test it's effects and how people may exploit it, they will then check the CSR's to see if there have been reports of people doing it. they will then prioritize it to being fixed, obviously if a bug is able to be exploited then it'll take presidense over something that is not able to be exploited. once it's got to the top of the list or if rarebit thinks is so small that he can fix it in about 10 min then he'll fix it and add it to the patch. thats the way it works I believe.

Because MA isn't supposed to, it's a win button for interlock so It shouldn't have any out of interlock abilties LOL but that is not normally the case anymore, as we see on vector on a daily basis. The duelist with smg or sniper is good in and out of Interlock, therefore we go through that again. His only weakness really is mkt as most gun clothing has viral resist and def. Duelist is an IL build, the other 2 1/2 tree's are majorly out of IL and therefore are easy prey, unless they have duelist loaded. MA is purely in Interlock, it would be mainly devastating to other builds if MA's had out of interlock abilities.

It'll look nice when MKTs have supar secksy knife animations so they aren't short and plain (which also seems to be another issue with Spies, the animations go too fast), along with fixing the rest. It's weird watching me do the animation for Silver Bullet when I launch an AoE Hack in IL. LOL that always makes me laugh.... which is why I said lol?

Read: Email = Not Supported Apparently the email system in the matrix is not supported by Sony and its developers. Recent events involving email have prompted me to begin /ccr reporting them. One of which just happened last night wherein I lost the total amount of 50,000,000 $Info by using the email system. I am not now discussed with this product we all play and love. In one of my /ccr reports I received the follow response after asking this question: "I lost info (money) in game sometime after I received it from my ALT. 50,000,000 is a lot of $i to give back for a system that has no records of any sort. I'm sure they get flooded with requests like this all the time and only 1/4 of them actually true to the point where they won't take the risk anymore.
