It's a game, and the lvl 100 Agents are the only +lvl70 NPCs that are managable and give unique items that maybe serve a purpose later at the collectors. Of course, beating Agents is why many players started this game in the first place =D

It's floor 80. The panel only shows 20 floors, you need to flip panels (there's a button on the right bottom corner).

Since Zen Master was invented to counter the uber hacks from cr1, in cr2 it would be made to counter the MKTs? Well, I'd support that =D

Big Question: *CENSORED* is a "Scrambler Security Key" (violet frag, looks like a S, struck through with a line from top to bottom) for? I got one of the Data Cluster after I killed the Agent spawn. And I so hoped to get my hands on Overdrive T_T EDIT: It was NOT a lvl 100 agent. It was a lvl 65 Agent.

And lately I thought of Marcoing the 4 tactics Speed, Power, Grab and Block onto keys so I can have 4 additional spaces on my hotbar. I have yet to try out if that works.

They used to be bound to the arrows. I'm not sure if you could bind Tactics to keys anymore, as I think that was disabled. You'd still need four macros for the tactics, which is just as effective (ineffective?) as having the four colored buttons on your hotbar.
Those Macros would be on unused hotbars. And Macros can be activated by keys if you name it like a key (e.g. /Macro a /ac It's the A key Macro ftw

The IS regeneration rate bonus % serves no purpose whatsoever at this point in the game. A turbo without engine, to quote 9mmfu.
Also, it depends on whom you're fighting, WM lenses are nifty, but IS regen isn't always the most important factor. Resistance often looks like the better choice. If I'd go for different glasses, I'd use the mel, ball, viral resistance MA glasses (they're lvl 45 with mel acc or sth? Dun have them in my inventory right now).
As far as shoes go, now gunners and spies have a good alternative. Seraphim are really good, but MAs can do without them if you wear appropriate clothing in the other places. In that case, I'd go for the lvl 49 2% acc shoes for MA.
IS regen clothing is always nifty, but I belief that those who depend on it too much will start to panic when they have no or just little IS left. MAs uses alot of IS, so more IS clothing is good, gunners in comparison, can do with less IS clothing. Spy (especially MKT) throw so many knives in so little time that their IS usage isn't small either, although the knives individual IS usage is negegible. From that alone, I'd say that spy tree can do with least IS regen clothing out of the Operative trees. Whatever fits you better. *shrug*

If you check the quote you'll find he says we're lacking engines but not that there are none. So long as you are wearing something that grants 'IS Regen Rate' you will also recieve the bonus from anything which grants 'IS Regen Rate Bonus'. For instance, Execute Program by itself will grant nothing and Seraphims by themselves will grant 15% IS Regen Rate (if I remember rightly). Execute Program and Seraphims together will grant 15% + 10% = 25% IS Regen total. The deceptive bit is that 'IS Regen Rate' and 'IS Regen Rate Bonus' are listed separately in your Bonus Menu (P).
Wrong, bonus given from clothings are not influenced, they are static. Quote 9mmfu: No attribute provided by clothing can be influenced which means its base value is just added to the over all attribute.
The IS regen provided by clothing are no engines. Also, the IS regen rate bonus % works this way: 10% IS regen and 10% IS regen rate bonus = 11% IS regen, 1% granted by the bonus. Otherwise the IS regen rate would quite over the top just by having one IS regen clothing and 30 vitality (which grants not IS regen but IS regen bonus).
You can try that out easily, wear IS regen clothing. Look at the regen, then add Execute program and see what changes. I can tell you, though, nothing changes.

Abilities use the guns D.P.S. base as damage. But when you use a freefire or IL attack, the D.P.S. deals more damage, the longer the reuse timer.
That's why:
Ability damage: Kessay (15) > Hasley (14) Freefire damage: Hasley (5.5) > Kessay (4.5)
I always switch through these two weapons to deal more damage, it's kinda annoying though.

You can choose to load Kung-Fu/Aikido/Karate Master with it, and basically try to steam-roll your way through opponents with your vastly superior accuracy. This load out is far, far from unbeatable, and it's not something I advise simply because I don't want to be the one to turn you onto it. I just stopped using this load about a week ago mostly due to a LE, so you're correct. I'm not a master MA but I can chop down any MA with the load due to superior accuracy while I can also boost up my defense and resistance. You can get it even higher if you got the e-mail, but I wouldn't suggest doing that. So my competance in MA is limited, but by now I know the numbers so I can understand the comparative gap between the MA trees. The only reason I use MA CT is to battle the onflowing scourge of MKTs, fighting fire with fire.
Some people would say "whatever goes". Any crossload that works like this and WORKS (e.g. also Artillerist/IH or Arbalest/IH or Nukersim/DMS LO) will be considered "legal" since it's "supported" by the system given. I'm not saying they're bad, anyways. Whatever floats your boat.

Meh.. I have a familiar problem with my attributes, but I don't think it's perma DE. When I upgraded my stats for Hacker (belief and reason) the maximum % bonus I could get was 50% with 25 Attribute pts. The last 5 were "lost" or a buffer for downgrades whatsoever, I still don't know where the last 5 went to. Now that I'm back at Martial Arts it's... weird. The Maximum I can get with 30 attr pts are 50%. But... 30 * 2 = 60 ain't it? There are 10% gone off, everywhere: accuracy, defense, damage boni. With what I managed to get with my Hacker stats I should already have reached my 50% with 25 attribute pts, but with MA I can only reach 50% with 30 pts? What the hell is wrong there? 1. Where's the maximum of 60% in both. 2. Why is there a 50% max once at 25 pts and then at 30 pts? (Hint: Hacker and MA both need belief but it still changed from 50% with 25 to 50% with 30 pts when I stat hacked) I need an explanation. -_-

Also, since enrage now finally actually helps you preventing them from rolling out, use e.g. controlled burst, sidekick and so on. On another sidenote, MKTs will now much more use Canny Strike if they can, 'cause it's got the highest acc bonus for a combat-ability in-game.

The quality of PvP can be measured:
Airtime/Player * Time < 0.5
If this goes over 0.5, it means that the player has an airtime larger than being on ground. If it's below 0.1, it's all good.

El oh el. You make it quite clear that you have zero knowledge about spy XD XD
Invisibility, though restricted in time, is 1. faster and 2. does NOT break on damage. When I go spy and use my knive thrower / shadow LO, invisiblity saves my life more often than sneak can ever do. Also, I manage to ruin somones day with it quite easily.
Sneak = general invisible move Disguise = quick "sneak" attack, when being invisible is not needed Invisibility = stowaway and quick attack
Many spies discard invisibility. In my opinion, though, that is wrong.

Once you reach new areas (westview, international, downtown) there will be new vendors for abilities up to lvl 30. Before and after that there'll be many abilities you can only attain when coded. So if you need something, ask around in your faction (if you're in one), or ask people you know.

Sniper's hit or miss. If you miss, you're going to have to either jump and try again or die. Depends if you like getting *CENSORED*-talked too or not. Unless of course, you sacrifice some damage to have interlock moves, but if you're using Sniper, it's a great possibility that you're overly outnumbered to begin with and interlock is pointless.
It is the ultimate support class, offensively. Yes, I get smack talked a lot since I have to run and conceal in different locations, but that's the payoff. While it has amazing damage and range, you have no Interlock prowess, and it takes a long time to set up. Plus, like you mentioned, you always have the chance to miss, and when that happens, you're screwed, but I usually continue to free fire and hope I get Staggered for TRB. If I see anyone home in on me, I jet and repeat.
I guess I'm the only sniper that doesn't run or jump. lol I just try and duke it out with whatever is trying to IL me.
You're not alone Gerik, the only reason I load HJ with my sniper loadout is for hyperspeed so I can keep up with runners/jumpers.
BTW, Sniper Shot --> Jump = No Skill.
FALSE, especialy if ur rifleman/sniper,,obviously 90% of the time u'll get ownd in IL i come back and kill
Yes, a sniper gets owned in IL, acutally, no. If you run your stats right and your LO too (does not mean you'll do a Rifleman/Duelist crossLO), you can evade and escape IL (at least in a 1 on 1 situation (e.g. you get seen when sneaking in)) even with broken shields (considering you don't get zerged, but nobodie's shielded from that). Remember, not getting owned in IL means that you do no get killed while in it, that does not imply that you HJ every time someone even faces in your direction just to avoid the possibility of getting into IL. A Riflemens strengths surely lies in long range superiority and brute firepower, surely not in jumping high. Riflemen/sniper provides still enough memory for sufficient defense in IL so you can withdraw in time. Snipers who play right can take down a MKT 1 on 1 "easily" (considering they do not snipershoot first, too). Saying "FALSE YOU HAVE TO JUMP TO THE NEXT NEIGHBOURHOOD" does not actually show any skill in using that tree from your side. Anyone can do a blue-snipershot, barely anyone can fight with Rifleman/sniper properly nowadays.
Also: Fastest way for a kill -> /suicide. KTHX BYE
Edit: Bah, can't even type correct coherent sentences after too much homework. I'm too worn out to correct this >_<

Sniper by far.
I can kill a level 50 within 10 seconds, usually less depending on their loadout/BR.
I'm too worn out to correct this >_<
Okay, thanks for explaining nothing new.
Read the first post. This wasn't meant for you or anyone who knows how to snipe. What he said was a responce to the post above him and for anything who's recently turned 50 or has never sniped, which was what the OP was asking before he finally put up he was a MKT.
On-topic posts ftw! Well, not this one, though.

I don't mind the people that jump away or run away for a short time out of the PVP radius, either to put a disguise on or set up a snipe, etc.. it's the ones that jump and jump and jump as far as possible, clearly backing away from the fight that are frustrating! Well, you minded me and after a short /tell war you faked a message and threatened me with a CCR. Ah well, and all that commotion only because I jumped up 2 meters to be save from your hacks, so I could snipe while another guy keept you busy in IL. And there really was no need to fake messages in area chat too, ah well. What's done is done, eh?
Anyways, I don't run from Mara C to Stamos NW without even anybody following. Well, I know guys that did and still do. If I "backpedale" or HJ, it's in the immediate vincity (I'll never be far away if that happens) of the PvP area. Most guys give up after 30 secs anyways, so no need to run or HJ so far. And I don't use the crtl+space HJ, always the manual one. It takes time (gives others chance to catch up and also, sometimes the manual HJ is "slower" so people can still root me in midair (if the root hold long enough people can catch up even more) or deal damage, fair is fair), and gets me where I want to :/
Backpeddling + Jump Abuse (in case people catch up so the shield won't break and if it does -> + 'crtl+space HJ' = ridiciculous
So in conclusion, if you overdo it, both are equally bad. Technically, backpedaling > HJ, though.

My all time favourite Lupine special move is... I HAVE NO IDEA *CENSORED* THAT WAS. It looked like Maki-Otoshi but it was different and way cooler. I only saw that one once. I wanna have the lupine style combat and abillities, I wanna see it again!

There should be a thread on this sub forum that is stickied and says: NO ANIMATOR!!! I hate to be the one to quash their dreams (or in this case disgusting habit) but it saves 9mmfu saying it, plus I always seem to be first on the scene. Forum stalker :-O

To answer your question, it's something to do with the database. ~Darminian
I know that the whole game is rather hard coded, but even the database? If it's in the third normal form, adding a new organisation, I don't see a problem with that actually. It can be done during a longer server down time, granted that the according Scripts for the DB have been realized first. The one thing remaining is changing the organisation code in-game, which (IMO) is posing the real problem.
=/
But the reason why there won't be a new tree in-game (example from Zen Master):
- Concept (check) - Code (nearly done actually) - Animation (can be done, 9mm showed that he can cut animations accordingly) - Balance (no test server =/)
