The Uzi/Mac designs can be used as can that of the PDW (the clamor has the design for instance) although the finished PDW is a H&K product (it looks a bit different though). As for the rifles, the m16 and the g36, meh. I'd like to see other weapon designs too, especially for snipers. But I WANT A P90 design for SMGs in there. ASAP

I think you should add that still, though. Also, why are there IL bonus acc pts to NON-IL abilities?
Roukan wrote:
Yeah that change definately ruins combat for me. Now everyone will be doing the exact same moves over and over and over and over.
CR1 all over.
Nope, it won't change THAT much (at least with guns and MA), because of a simple reason: People have already used these abilities as they are descripted. Knowing that an ability of another tree has better accuracy than this one doesn't change much, especially with guns and MA. Why? Because the accuracy is still calculated with the assigned stance. Kungfu still has the highest acc base, knowing that it's abilities has the lowest acc doesn't change a thing. If you use a karate ab, you'll still have karate style acc base. Nothing changes at least in these two branches.
Spy, well, spies abilities don't have such a significant bonus, except for some abilities like Punt and Reverse Bulldog, which have +80. Frankensteiner in contrast, has +0. Also, I'll see more people use Canny Strike for it's +100 acc (which easily goes up to 150+ acc bonus with the influence).
As for Hackers, it's shocking to know just HOW much they get debuffed in interlock. It's a shocking debuff up to -57 pts (+80 with influences). Hackers will be much more aware of these in IL from now on.

HAHAHA, I so totally knew it. XD XD XD XD
Punch Reversal Catch Slam and Maki-Otoshi have the highest MA acc bonus available for normal abilities (20). HAHAHA, I so totally knew it.
Also, there are some issues with the boni information:
- Some information is placed inpropriately on NON-Interlock abilities. Such abilities obviously have no IL acc boni, or do they? If they have a general combat bonus, it should be named as such. - Some combat abilities have no such information whatsoever, does that mean they have a bonus of 0?
Also:
Minimal amount I found: -56 pts of IL acc boni for Code Infection 4.0 Maximum amount: +100 Canny Strike
Omg, that's soooo gonna be interesting on what people will use from now on. I'm gonna see spies only retreat with canny strike from now on, haha. Dunno, but that whole thing is so kinda funny XD

I'm interested in seeing this. Is this supposed to be like in the first combat system?
I can already people only use the abs with the highest boni =D ... somehow I can't help but think that PRCS is in the top list...

Some of the more meaningful changes:
- Find Weakness no longer stacks with Upgrade Master.
- Escape Moves now use Withdraw Tactics and fail while enraged.
- Sitting effect now penalizes all defense types.
- Fixed many Exiles who were missing combat animations, including lupines, blood-drinkers, Gargoyle, succubi, and Zero One / One Zero robots.
- Pulling a jumping player into interlock with an ability will no longer prevent them from using their own abilities
These are all changes that the community has discussed and asked for, it's great to see them happening!
1. FINALLY. 2. Enrage FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3. Hehe ... sitting will be alot funnier now. 4. Finally, we can see all those special moves we love because we can't use them ourselves. 5. Bah, bunny hoppers should get penalized for doing that *poop*.

My name is Godgiver and I speak on behalf of Jasper27, the leader of Forgotten Warriors - Zion.
We are a pretty new faction, only a few month old, and need new members or crews to join us to strengthen our ranks. We already have 24 crews, but we especially aim for constant and already experienced players. Newbies are of course welcome too. The average lvl is quite low for a faction like ours. Nevertheless fun and experience are guranteed in the Fw.
Well there's nothing more to say. The faction page is currently under construction. If you want to be part of us, please post your name and level here. We accept members of all fractions (Zion, Mashines, Merovingian). You can also contact us by sending an ingame mail or tell to Jasper27. I, Godgiver, too am ready to answer questions here or ingame.
Hope to see some of you ingame, Godgiver

I noticed that perma jumping problem especially in PvP. I don't wanna say names, but certain ppl are abusing the ability to jump around so that he/she gains time until the attacker is done for by his friends and then he can reactivate his evade. It is just annoying. Of course, the obvious solutions are stun/root/pacify but an MA doesn't have ANY of those out of Interlock. Like in Counter-Strike, where Jumping was nerfed in order to avoid the fast-moving "bunnyjumping", normal jumping in MxO should also be fixed. A short timer in-between jumps, like 0.5-1.0 seconds should be enough. Also Hyper-jumpers... meh, maybe there should be a timer too but I'm more annoyed by that probem than by HJing *CENSORED* who do one grab attack and then HJ around from Mara to Stamos NW.
lmao an rping zion complaining about jumping and HJing in pvp, zion abuses the HJ more than anyone end of story. No that isn't end of story. We are not talking about HJ here. Yes zionites may HJ a lot but the jumping thing is even more cheap since you are not trying to escape or anything, just bug the enemys IL timer. While HJ is for escape reasons. Actually DooRDie: The Mervs and Mechs are the top jumpers nowadays. And this isn't about RP dude. It's about a ingame issue. Jumping to evade IL is a design-error as Aqua stated and should be fixed. Meh roukan, both are cheap. I try to "avoid" it if I can (depends on my mood though) and use it when it's really necessary (HJ I mean). P.S.: I can take DooRDie, you're one of those PvP nubs (those who play MxO soley to PvP and get their CQ counts up). If you wanna help the game, find a REASON to critize it.

Meson Rifles, as they are now, are quite uselss: 1. Damage, too low 2. Durability, FAR to low 3. Repairable, nonexistant When I used them, I always have about 5 or 6 of them in my Inv, just to be sure. But their damage isn't good. Especially the Heavy Meson MK II should be made better, cause right now, using it only destroys a very rare items.

So what Baya? You can get a fair amount of Kessays but you don't need them. The issue is, that they degrade WAY too fast and are nonrepairable. This is especially annyoing by the very rare Heavy Meson Rifle. I mean, a rare drop wich you can use for 2 hours and is then utterly useless? COME ON, who's idea was that?

Also, on the heals being cheap I would disagree as that is the focus of the tree in itself, without the heals a UM would be rolled no problem. It's totally different when a MA/Gunman/MKT is spamming health pills as they already have their own individual strengths. Even then, anything goes in pvp, if you got pills, use 'em, people can harass you all they want for it but in the end their dying, not you...
Actually that's wrong (being the focus of UM tree). UM is a pure upgrading tree and combined with Physician it's a OoIL support load. IL self-healing (or passive healing as I call it) is a major issue. Even a 200hp heal can double your life duration in a small balanced PvP. Passive-heals are overpowered, yeah flame me for saying it out loud. Even if Physician heals were about to be made passive-heals, they wouldn't be used because of their IS usage and HP damage in comparison to the AOE heals. Also ever tried Punch Reversal Catch slam on a healer? It's pretty much useless because of it's short duration. If the guy starts the heal before it he'll get healed after the effect wears off. Most of the time the heals do NOT fall into the PRCS powerless time. Pistol Barrage has a larger timer and works better but you can't be sure that it hits. IL stun abilities are always %, except specials like machinegunkick, so you can't be sure 'bout that either. So the thing you gotta do is do specials. Although it works pretty fine on 1 healer, if they have 2 passive-healers that effort is pretty much useless. And yeah, combined efforts from different loads can always take down (multiple) healers but that's not the issue. The issue are passive heals.

But those who exploit just admit that they s u c k. Although most of the community on Rec/Synt knows that consumables are a no-no in duels, Moebius is considered legal. Either way, the Vectorians are good in PvP (oh.. so clear) but in 1 on 1 situations there are some things they can learn from duels. Tourneys on Vector must be one hell, so Tytanya's idea is great. Also I'd like to have /teamduel. So there you can do controlled multi fightings (while in same org for instance).

Dear TMA Press Secretary Trevico,
I have been at your meeting and have to say that your words have surprised me. I knew some were thinking of the "duality of pills" (meaning that the Cypherites offer voluntary reinsertions only and allow others to be freed) but an official statement. Well it turned out that the peace offer from you to GamiSB and EPN generally has been declined. You should have known their reactions. This is not the "right" time to make such offers. Both organistions are considered "terrorists" from either side and peace is just a word with no meaning. I know what you would say to that. (Generally adressed, not Cyph in particular). We want peace yeah yeah... You want your peace... only for you. War is the word that counts, bloody actions. Peace is your war, peace is war today. Too bad I can't quote GamiSB from the meeting, well his answer to the peace offer was unfair, but expected from my side. From my part, your words have meaning, but an unproved one. Other Cypherite movements show no support to you (The Authority, The Blue Order). Action will prove your words though, but remember this: Words are a means of action, the right words can move worlds. I talked to Pirathonite, well what of that? We'll see. And you really don't know what happened to Espi - The Beast *coughs heavily*. He wouldn't support this, it's his programming.
I found that meeting rather interesting, but people don't agree to what others are doing. They call them 'Enemies', 'Terrorists' even. It is a matter of perception and that perception will change the meaning of this post, some will agree others won't. It is... inevitable.
P.S.: And Zampano, *polishing sniper rifle* *CENSORED*? Why are you so aggressive? I thought you were a being of reason. I'm dissapointed of this post of yours.Message Edited by GoDGiVeR on 07.12.2006 02:54 AM

If the guy who jumps around has no lag or very low lag, getting him is near impossible (without roots and stuff). Especially in PvP, where you don't have time to toy around in the middle of a zerg -_-

Especially in PvP, where you don't have time to toy around in the middle of a zerg -_- Well in that case he's doing you a favor, interlocking someone in the middle of a zerg isn't wise. I usually do what has been mentioned before, wait until he lands and then interlock. If he tries to jump again it'll catch him mid-air and disable all of his abilities. See bold letters. The zerg even increases the lag issue, thus making it even less possible to IL a kangoroo. Timing, nice and fine. If you are on the side with less numbers and try to kill an important figure of the other group and that guy starts to jump around, before making a hit, you're already dead meat. Of course, in numbers you have the opportunity of root 'n stuff.

I don't care if this post gets removed. I hate that BS of perma-jumping. It just sucks balls and should be removed immediately. I don't care about tactics and "wait for the moment". In a large PvP that doesn't matter. MI***, En******h and M***s are enpassioante perma-jumpers and they just laugh about it. It doesn't matter to them if they use that exploit consciously. To them the ppl who get killed when they perma-jump around are just some noobs who can't do it right. @Crowlos: I know how to counter a zerg but that isn't the matter here, is it? Not really. The zerg is just an example of abusement in this case.
