Ok MxO vetrans. Here's the deal...2 things made me think of this, and please don't hesitate to put a stop to this thread if this has already been done somewhere and I'm just a dufass and didn't search well enough. First, I used the be an avid Geocacher a few years back and finding things using only coordinates always was good fun...and second, Google Earth has a nice tour you can take and list of interesting places you can visit on the globe.

So, I was walking around tagging hardlines the other night (new RSI), and every once in a while I stop and look around and see things I may not have seen before in the Megacity. The environment is full of uber cool stuff both indoors and outdoors. For instance, I was doing some neighborhood missions, and came across a contact that was in an apartment layout that I had never seen before.

So what I was thinking for new players that might be coming into the game, or players like myself that apparently don't explore the Megacity enough to see all the cool things everyone else sees...I'd like to see if we can get a thread or a list going of cool locations you've found inside the Megacity. Whether it's scenic spots, or non-instanced interior spots, famous locations from the movies, interesting objects or scenery that only exists in one spot, strange messages on a wall, or even oddities in the game like locations that have odd or missing textures (I think there's doorway on a building in Downtown that has this).

Give us the District - Closest HL - Coordinates - Description of the cool location, view, object, scenery, screenshot opportunity, etc.etc.

Example: Richland - Mara C - X: ** Y: ** Z: ** - Mara Central hypercube, easily one of the cooler locations to get a group of players together for some multi-level team screenshots!

If this becomes a popular thread, I'll see if I can edit my original post and put any submissions into a easy to read list at the top.

Got any really old pix from MxO or the old WB forums (or...dare I say the old Beta forums during the closed period?) I've been around the game for quite a while and love looking back to see how far thigns have come or to reminisce. If you have any old screenies of the game, or the forums, or maybe even things from your old Faction website or one of the online radio stations (Radio Free Zion rocked!!!)...post away. I'd love to see if anyone has some really EARLY development images of game models, the environment, or the UI. These have to be OLD pix guys, no screenies from 2 months ago. I want like Pre-CR2.0 or older. The older the better.

Wacky...not sure why this never crossed my mind before, as I've been playing a Spy Assassin since launch, but why aren't there any Assassin NPC's in the game?

Or....Proxy Coder, Utility Coder, or Shadow NPC's? Maybe there are and I just don't know it?

I can't even begin to imagine what kind of beeehind-whooping you'd get from a mission full of Spy Assassins. My only guess is that I figure they couldn't get the AI to work right so that the Assassin would move to a position behind you to initiate an attack.

For anyone that plays Assassin / Shadow trees, I was curious as to what you use to roll out of Interlock.

I play a hybrid of both, and lately my normal steps at rolling out are to use Canny Strike to deliver some damage on the way out (and a little stun effect), and if that gets outrolled I queue up Side-Roll Escape to get out...it seems to never fail as I roll between 600-800 with it every time. (I hope that was the right name for the one I use).

How do you roll out of interlock?
